Let it be known, that despite our intent to not sign this document, the Shahdom of Parthia has ensured slavery, that is, the ownership of people by other people, is fundamentally illegal under Parthian law and has been for the entirety of 3 years. As of right now, no people, as defined by our legal definitions on what constitutes a person are permitted to be held as chattel. We however, are perfectly fine with ownership of non-concious beings, such as cattle or L-33 laborers, and will not sign this treaty as we feel the definition of sentient being is overly broad and could apply to such creatures as Cattle or Arabs.

Until non-humans are excluded, we will therefore be forced to refuse signing this particular treaty, as otherwise, it would be overly broad and could be exploited to encourage Marxist dogmatic principles like vegetarianism or Atheism.

third, as well as I would have brought up this issue sometimes later to the signatory nations, I guess it´s to early now. Would be a suicide act to my nation...

I´m simply not amused to have some war-greedy kid declaring to bomb my nation; it would be much less apprpriate to claim to be in possession of a superior anti-aircraft missile system and shoot his flight down. If I would be interested in wargames of this kind, I´d rather play Stratego or Risk or else. You probably might rethink your hasty decision, besides, while no real harm is done (I could think of a dozen ways for any dictatorship to counter something like this in a witty manner, despite the most simply way declaring that this isn´t happening and an intelligence report based on false information or facts), I claim my reaction to be a legal one, based not at least on skills I developed on twenty years of successful running various P & P role-game campaigns.
