Yes, I'm doing it again. I am going to start another war, with another nation of mine.THIS TIME however, I will have plenty of capability to keep an eye on what is going on. That being said, this is what is going on:
Poni has a new Emperor who took over via election. He promised to the majority population consisting of humans that they would bring Poni's economy back to a massive powerhouse, just like it used to several years ago. To that end, he has been enslaving the ponies within imperial territory. They've been successfully keeping their activities quiet from the Pony Lands region by censoring information to both the international groups and in some cases their own people. Many ponies have been fighting to repel this Emperor by forming their own nations, but they tend to fail quite miserably. There is one group however fighting back: Merry Yule and her team has found a large area full of villagers in the mountains North of the Radian Empire. These villagers are clueless ponies who are quite isolated from the outside world, due to all the monsters, environmental hazards, and scarce food elsewhere (Why bother traveling away from safety?). These villagers call themselves Heartlanders, and they refer to their lands as Squeeheart.
Squeeheart consist of all sorts of pony races, even pegasi, but due to the mentioned hazardous conditions, they never dare venture too far off, until now. Merry Yule and her team are in their need, as no one else is able to assist them against the Radian Empire. As much as Squeeheart would love to help out, they don't have much of anything to rely on for combat, let alone defense. Squeeheart's people have been for the most part compassionate and never seeing much need for weapons, even against the monsters surrounding them who usually remain quite territorial. With poor fighting equipment and no experience, this could be their last moments.
Not all is lost though. There is a newly formed group of pegasi called "The Winter Wingers" who are determined to fly through harsh conditions to leave Squeeheart and Poni to search for any nations willing to help Squeeheart in their darkest hours. Even now there is likely to have been at least one pegasus who somehow reached your government and are calling out for help. Unfortunately, Poni is doing the same thing with their own ambassadors, promising substantial economic rewards to any nation who lends the Radian Empire a hand, and they've likely reached your government as well. The question here is: Who's side are you on?

RULES TO THIS RP:
1: No godmodding (obviously). If someone is godmodding, we need to discuss about it in the OOC forum, AKA here.
2: No chemical/bio/nuclear warfare is authorized until Poni authorizes it. When it does get authorized is still an issue.
[EDITED] 3: ANY technology is allowed now, but no overpowered weapons. Basically from simple melee, to magic, to guns, to laser guns, to steampunk guns, to beamsaws, to railguns, to lemon launchers, etc. (And maybe BFG)
