Even the kids find sitting and looking at a screen for hours stupid. No U.S. companies have started the development of these "time wasters". On a not-so-similar note American kids have been healthier than ever!

Initially, Skulland had vowed to remain neutral in the conflict, trying to forge its own empire until the invasion of Colombia. Skullish pirates were driven out, but the leader of Colombiahad promised to become a Baptist and make the official religion Baptist, thus Skulland has joined the Neo- Escovian alliance in hopes of creating a Baptist empire. The Pirate King had sent out the military to claim the Atlantic coast of South America while the other superpowers were busy with their conflict.

The Pirate King stood at his podium, his speech was nationally televised. "Citizens of Skulland! I, your King, will one day restore this nation to its former glory! We will give rise to a new empire, a new Kedri!" The crowd cheered. The Pirate King continued, "The Parliament has decided that we will not act against any of the other superpowers unless provoked. That is all." With that he left the podium.

Governor General Hutchinson had ordered that the ports be defended with the Navy, prepare aircraft, and organize an army to repel invaders.

The Dominican Republic (while finding the rivalry in Asia immature) has just entered the videogame market. The technology was aquired when a technician toured the Soviet Union and tried to recreate the computers. He suceeded by the way. One of the most popular games on the market is "March to Beijing" where Mao Zedong is assasinated and the Soviets must deafeat the suceeding power-hungry dictatorship. Another one is WWIV where the player is one of six different nations: USA, USSR, China, GKR, French empire, and the UCR (United Carribean Republic). The game starts at 2000 and can end as far as 2245. Needless to say with a good defensive stratagy and/or diplomacy it can be a very long game. The industry hopes to strike a market in the US.

OOC: What are the USSR's, PRC's, GHR's, and Middle East's religious policies because everyone here seems alot nicer than usual and it was never touched yet.

So far most of the survivors in the Middle East have lost their adherence to Islam. The Society in general has devolved into a tribal system, each with is own individual beliefs and customs. The only really "common belief" that they share is their hatred of the west.

The USSR is Mostly secular, but there are some theistic states that we have. The ASSR have their African beliefs, The SER is almost totally secular.

Hey, video games would be a great profit in the west if only the west had internet yet you can't enjoy the luxury of it. Besides, kids learn more about strategy and makes them smarter, making them better at solving puzzles.

The GKR has decided to increase spending on its military since its weapons will soon be outdated if nothing is done. Currently the GKR is contacting the soviet union to buy more weapons as the GKR starts development on its newest planned tank type. The GKR also asks the western powers for some help since the GKR is a merge of both the west and the east.

And yeah china isn't playing anymore I guess

We would capture some major cities on the borders then demand surrender, if they do not the rest of the plan comes in to play. The plan is to starve the country into submission, destroying farms, water purification plants, silos, warehouses, etc. In the mean time our forces would be heading straight for the capital to force a surrender from the leader. If they still keep fighting we would have to capture every city painstakingly, hoping that they would just give up.

A. Multiple war crimes against India and other nations
B. The "Great Leap Forward" and its horrible failure that shows the government of China is out of touch with its people and resulted in the needless death of millions

The USSR declares neutrality in the coming conflict in China. It wishes the allies well and will continue with its own developments in the mean time.

To answer the U.S. question of the Middle East; they've been suffering from yes, MY attack for a number of years. Almost 65% of the population has "some" form of mutation, there were large radioactive dust storms that engulfed whole nations, and as we and I believe the French have come to discover a number of hideous creatures have come to fruition from the high levels of radiation. Just the other day, we lost a WHOLE COMPANY of troops in a gory battle with some giant mutant sand tarantulas.

Our Attack was devastating and the populace still hold a grudge about that, but the thing that makes them want to trust us and better associate themselves with the USSR, is that we're the only nation that's actually doing something to help them. The French tried to expand their oil, but the people didn't want that. They wanted clean water, clouds that didn't glow at night and a life similar and maybe even better to the ones they lost. Plus we're the only ones who have that type of tech. so naturally relations would thaw with us helping them. Its like the USSR and Australia, yeah we nuked them. But we helped clean up their country afterwards.

And don't get me worng, we've suffered some losses in trying to bring back the area. But for the most part, the people like us for our humanitarian efforts. Hell, We have Girls GOING TO SCHOOL. Something the old governments didn't allow; with the Great things we're doing there it's no wonder they want to join the USSR. But as mentioned the Politburo is still unsure about that notion just yet.
