We can't just nuke them, everyone has some version of nuclear defense, but the Americans are going to invade Canadian occupied Alaska and a EMP would be great at disrupting communications during the attack. When Canada responds, I might also ask for an EMP temporarily set off in Santiago. Thank you for your support and we will send you some amount of funds and a trade agreement.
