France has finished construction of the BH-1 (Biological Habitat) in Antarctica.
A contained area on the surface that regulates heat within, making it survivable.
250 volunteer colonists have moved into the small town to start it off.

It is the hope of France that a satellite will be launched soon, as well.

If France would be willing to take it, Venezuela can give a sanitation system used in the Arcs that takes waste and turns it into completely clean drinking water.

The GKR's outposts in Antarctica are mainly either cities that are modeled after the Russian ones in Siberia, which are very cold but hosts around 90% of the population of 500,000. The rest live in Bio-domes in preparation for what it would be like to live outside of earth's environment.

The LAAD has begun updating the coastal Capoc anti-missile systems, also Operations Noah's Arc has begun to expand the size of the "Arcs" in each capital and has added other updates to the system itself. Venezuela has put thirty billion to produce twenty more oil rigs with wind turbines and solar panels attached to them to allow for greater energy freedom.

The arc system are advanced nuclear bunkers designed to hold a group of people underground with enough food and water for three months, with systems to keep recourses flowing for a good year, hypothetically for longer. The LAAD has begun the debate over wether or not to build these in allies, or wether or not to just give the technology. We need to know in the case of nuclear war, our allies will also be able to survive the war with us.

Peace is agreed. Australia now has a fantastic idea. With most of its major cities rebuilt, we propose a new global security and free trade alliance. This includes the states of Australia, New Zealand (administrated), the United States of America, Canada, France, Japan, Greater Korean Republic, the USSR and the United Kingdom. This new alliance shall be called the Global Status of Trade & Defence Alliance.

Terms:
1:We both officially end all hostilities
2:All territories conquered by both sides can keep them all
3:Japan may freely operate it's navy in the pacific (not attacking anyone)
