Success in Gansu. Canadians move to Ningxia

Postby Ithartania » Fri Jan 03, 2014 11:28 pm

Following a long struggle of counter attacks and artillery barrages, followed by a slew of successful attacks against key PLA positions in the area, The Canadian Forces in Gansu have declared victory and are in pursuit the retreating PLA forces into neighbouring Ningxia. The Canadian Combat Doctrine in Ningxia will be more "delicate" than that seen in the other fronts. Ningxia is a very historical and culturally significant area and contains many key cultural structures such as the Great Wall of China.

So far 6,400 troops have moved into the Province and have suffered fewer losses than expected. What fighting that has occurred has been close combat and there are numerous reports from troops of hand to hand combat between PLA and CIA forces. The CIAF is so far conducting scouting missions and only taking out "open" targets.

CIA losses so far: 34,564 KIA and 38,978 WIA 453 MIA

Important report, one group of the fleeing PRC leaders is supposedly heading towards Shaanxi to counterattack the Canadians at Ningxia. The second group is heading towards Anhui, the remaining 3 are unknown.

Unknowing of recent happenings, a section of the retreating fleet attempted to make port in Fangshou, they were all captured immediately by rebels who had recently taken the city, captured data shows that the rest of the fleet is to scatter to any allied city. The forces in Nanjing currently are at a combined force of four hundred thousand, and many revolutionary groups are taking cities in the south. The south eastern section of China is mainly rebel forces, and the force in Nanjing is to recuperate and strengthen itself for a march into Jinan.

The Air Forces is expecting "Massive" casualties and some in the Canadian Imperial Air Force are debating the use of tactical nukes.

The Fighters will focus their attacks on the air defences within the area and take out any remaining PLAAF forces. The CIAF is expecting the PLAAF to deploy their Best fighter and fighter pilots. The bombers, under fighter escort will take out any large PLA garrisons in the area and try to inflict as many casualties upon the PLA forces as possible.

"Tons" of cluster, high explosive, incendiary, and deep penetration munitions are being deployed to CIAF air bases from the Canadian Empire.

The ten thousand troops are met with an attack by forty thousand PRC troops, the Venezuelan troops have retreated to Chongqing. The battle was short lived but instilled moderate casualties to the Venezuelan forces with larger casualties to the Chinese, including the death of two high ranking officers.

Casualties:
KIA: 1,500
WIA: 2,000

The Venezuelan forces have gathered six hundred thousand joint troops and have made a large charge to Shandong, in order to crush the Chinese oppression once in for all. Also the Venezuelans declare the use of tactical nuclear warheads as against a basic code of conduct that should be allowed, we will back your soldiers up when we get there.

The PRC leadership is making desperate attempts for their million strong army at southern Hebei to relieve Beijing, but GKR air supremacy is destroying the PRC army groups, which are taking massive losses, the rebels in Beijing have captured major checkpoints in the city, allowing them and the GKR to encircle many army groups in Beijing, now it is 2 months into the war, and Beijing still had 600,000 troops. The GKR is nearing the brink of victory at Beijing.

Meanwhile, GKR forces land at Shandong, where the force of 30,000 troops finds that large portions of the region are abandoned by military forces, due to the bulk of their army fighting near Beijing, and to their horror, find that the PRC in desperation to contain the rebellion, executed about 3 million civilians, and deported all the young men of the population to Beijing , where the locals in the region say that the PRC is preparing to use them as conscripts to throw them in human waves at the Rebels and Venezuelan forces. The GKR estimated nearly 9 million men taken to be conscripted, the first wave consisting of 1 million is preparing to strike at Beijing.

PS, its Shandong just fell to me

Venezuela will come to your aid in Beijing then! The six hundred thousand gather in Shangdong and rest for a day before continuing there march onto Beijing, along with the complete fleet of Venezuela coming into the Bohai gulf and bombarding the city to help relieve the Canadian forces.

The GKR is now reporting that they have captured one of the main groups of leaders that attempted to flee, this group was trying to bypass Mongolians into Russia to rally support from Russia, but they were captured by a Mongolian patrol. The GKR asks the Canadians to arrest the PRC leader group at Shaanxi while rebel forces have cornered the group at Anhui. The remaining two groups have separated, their locations still unknown

Suprise Assualt in Ningxia

Postby Ithartania » Fri Jan 03, 2014 11:49 pm

Unbeknownst to the Canadian Forces in the Area, the relatively quiet and peaceful province of Ningxia "LIT UP", when the CIA forces were supprised by a massive assault of 400,000 PLA troops.

The CIA forces were literally swept up in the attack and many positions were over run. CIA fire bases were frantically firing whatever spare ammunition they had in the hopes of buying enough time for their forces to retreat, but many bases were overran and had to be bombed by CIAF aircraft. CIA troops on the main front valiantly struggled to hold their ground and desperately counter their advance, many key roads and bridges were destroyed and CIAF fighters dropped what munitions they could spare, but the many of the CIA forces were killed.

CIA tanks matched off against their PLA counter parts in a historic tank battle. The CIA tanks initially had a turkey shoot, but the PLA tanks were too numerous and when the PLA artillery and rockets were finally in range much of the CIA tank forces were destroyed or disabled, some tanks were even abandoned. PLA SAMs made air evac difficult, shooting down TWENTY helicopters.

Strategic "Alamo's" were set up to act as a counter barrier for the PLA, but their size was much to great and their tactics were much more advanced than previously encountered. Many brave men lost their lives in these "Alamos", all fought; chefs, mechanics, medics, plumbers, and even aid workers.

The CIA force in Ningxia is on Full retreat until more CIA forces can arrive. Till then CIA artillery and few airstrikes continue to keep the PLA force from advancing northward.

CIA casualties have SKYROCKETED! KIA: 56,792 KIA WIA: 63,432 WIA and 1,345 MIA

Protests against the war are starting to take place in the Canadian Empire

The revolutionaries can not hold themselves in, and a major charge of mainly revolutionaries hit the streets of Beijing. The already demoralized force in Beijing are forced back to the administrative regions as many of the conscripts join the revolutionaries. Casualties on all sides are high, with an expected two million holding the administrative region, and nearly one and a half million rebels fighting them on the front lines.

The Coalitional Forces take Beijing

The GKR forces, with Venezuelans and rebel forces are overrunning Beijing, the GKR reaches the "Great Hall of the People" first, and finds a large number of PRC leaders in the building, Chairman Mao surrenders to the coalitional forces and the Beijing garrison collapses. The PRC forces outside Beijing take nearly 2/3 of the conscripts and march towards Shanxi, their force numbering nearly 6.5 million (6 million conscripts) the 3 million have either defected or were executed.

GKR losses were
19,110 dead
23,503 wounded

PRC total losses are
220,405 dead or wounded
nearly 400,000 captured

Meanwhile, the PRC nukes are reported missing, the PRC has hidden them somewhere....

Also, don't make Yunnan fall, more stuff are gonna happen there....

Canadian Empire Pulls out of China

Postby Ithartania » Sat Jan 04, 2014 12:00 am

After a bitter 4 month Struggle in China, resulting in over 122,000 Canadian Casualties; the effective loss of 1/5 of the Canadian Empire's fighting force; and the low prospects of gaining any "real" territory in China, and the humiliating routing in Ningxia; the Canadian Forces are leaving their positions and returning to the C.E.

The CIAF will finish Operation Fire Cracker and launch a small counter assault against the remaining force in Ningxia, but most combat operations for the CIA in China will cease in the coming months. Already 30,000 troops are preparing to leave.

Northern representatives wish that civilians injured during the liberation of China receive cull medical aid and be supplied with food. Reconstruction efforts should also be undertaken after the conflict ends.

With the Canadians preparing to leave, the GKR and Venezuela are left to face the PRC's remaining armies with their rebel allies. The GKR states that the remaining PRC strongholds are the regions of

Ningxia
Shaanxi
Chongqing
Northern Sichuan
Yunnan
Shanxi
The pocket at Anhui
Henan

sound reasonable?

Yunnan has been filled with the remnants of the Chinese soldiers in Tibet and the south, supposedly they crushed the local revolution out of shear size, and are supposedly at fifty million soldiers run by the last six generals in the region. While the region has yet to fall, much of it is to be assumed exaggerated.

Once this conflict is over, the LAAD has vowed one trillion to rebuild the region as a whole, much of these areas, particularly on the coast, have been torn apart during the liberation. We will also establish an embassy with Tibet and one in the RoC's new capital, if they chose to switch.

OOC: The flying unicorn gap is crazy, I mean we have half as many flying unicorn than the Soviets! Most of them don't even fly and just kind of glide! We are so far behind!

Its time to end this war!

Postby UED » Sat Jan 04, 2014 12:14 am

The GKR forces prepare for the final push to end the war, all GKR forces will attack Ningxia and Shaanxi while Shanxi falls to the rebels. The plan encourages Venezuela to attack Hubei and Chongqing. Leaving only Yunnan and Sichuan as the remaining regions will fall to the rebels.

Venezuela has sent there remaining seventy thousand troops to take Hubei, while working with our rebel allies to jointly charge Chongqing after the attack in Hubei. These forces are also expected to go through and take out enemy forces in Anhui.

Wuhan was fairly quickly finished, the troops came in and the ninety thousand troops fled for the hills, it seemed too convenient. The reinforced rebel forces join to reinforce the area and the joint force moves to attack Chongqin.
