It is 1962.The Cold War has been going on for 15 years so far,but is still showing no sign of ending.The USSR has come close to firing Nuclear Missles from Cuba at the US,but there are plenty of other excuses for the USSR to go to War with the US.Vietnam.Korea.Cuba.All of these places have been the site of a War,or near-war between USSR and US.Spies stalking each other in the dark alleyways.Snipers taking out their targets.Blood in the Jungles. This is the COLD WAR.
