The Emperor, in his infinite wisdom, has decreased that the entire 1st Legion of the Grand Imperial Army shall be deployed to the colony of Northern Venezue. With some of the Legion already on the ground in the colony, having moved there earlier this month, the following Corps must begin their full-mobilization process to ensure that the deployment process is done in an efficient and quick manner; IV Corps and V Corps.

Furthermore, with such a large deployment of men and equipment, the entire 2nd Legion is being placed on total war-footing, to allow for rapid deployment in case of any attack on the Empire's territory or if the 1st Legion is need of reinforcements.

The Empire condemns the nation of Old Tyrannia, along with the Governor-General of the Grifziek ASMR, for escalating tensions regarding the colony of Northern Venezue. The assertion by Emperor Gaius Romulus IV that the peaceful nations of Tergnitz and Imeriata are preparing for war is simply insulting. All of our recent actions have been in response to the provocative movements made by the larger powers of Old Tyrannia and Martilia. The deployment of a further three Tyrannian legions, compared to the deployment of the Empire's single legion, along with the blatant threat laid down by the Tyrannian Emperor is a signal of their true, aggressive intent. [Venezue]

It was beginning to get dark, the winter months brought early nights but the undercover Venezuean troops did not plan on clocking off yet. Their military records were wiped out in the nuclear meltdown, now they wrote their own history. They had placed the C-4 on the Western side of the gas reservoir and they began moving to the East, they would delay the explosives by a few mini-seconds to make the large tower fall to the West, hoping to crush some of the barracks. They took out the C-4 from their bergens and began to place it on the East of the tower. They were about to place the remote detonator in the plastic explosive when Old Tyrannian soldiers rounded the corner of the barracks. The squad dropped the explosives and ran, in plain view, away from the fuel dump. Since your claim suggests that you think sending over 326,000 troops is a reasonable response to what you see as 'aggression', but think that the Empire deploying 30,000 troops to re-enforce a current garrison of 204,000 is unreasonable and aggressive, I must conclude that you are either mad, stupid, or lying. Perhaps all three. A further three legions (a grand total of 32,000) has been deployed to even the odds a little. Any attack on our territory will result in an immediate counter attack on The so-called 'Empire' of Tergnitz itself. Your Emperor has obviously been misled by his subordinates in regards to our military situation within the colony of Northern Venezue. Three corps of the1st Legion were already present within the colony, the Empire was simply announcing for all other nations benefit and in the interests of transparency and honesty, that we would be deploying the remaining two crops of the legion. Before this deployment, the number of Imperial soldiers within Northern Venezue was 195,600 thousand, below that of any other power currently involved. To maintain an adequate defensive stance in the face of mounting tension, the Empire saw fit to deploy the remainder of the Legion, 130,400 thousand soldiers.

The Empire of Tergnitz and the Kingdom of Imeriata have not been aggressive in their attitudes towards the neighbouring nations; we have simply sought a stable, peaceful existence for the colonial citizens of Northern Venezue. While the Empire condemns other nations for securing their territory and deploying soldiers, they continue to deploy soldiers at a rapid rate, 62,000 since the deployment of the full 1st Legion. The Empire of Old Tyrannia also continues to make threats, this time aiming them our homeland. Such threats shall not stand and must cease immediately, or further, preventative action shall be taken.

As we have said since the beginning, the Empire and the Kingdom do now want a war with the Empire of Old Tyrannia, who we have fought side by side with in the past. The true threat here lies with the scheming, manipulative communist forces to the south, yet the nation of Old Tyrannia seems intent on aggressively threatening her fellow monarchies to induce a war, rather than facing the greater communist threat.
