OOC: Except South East Europe is growing in size and numbers by the day. Since, all Military and Police funding has now been combined, nothing will really need to happen other than the two things that I just stated.

As you seem to be intrested I will give you a short descrption of the Deh`arulek. It is a very large salamander, about the size of a large cougar( tha cat not the woman). It has long legs for a salamander, a multitude of razor sharp teeth, and one of the strongest senses of smell in th animal kingdom. They have been domesticated by the Niuri Mesai for thousands of years, primarily used for hunting and warfare. When Niur first joined the international platform, defending from other nations armed with rifles and cannons, while they themsleves relied upon spears swords and arrows, in the 1700's it was the Deh`arulek alone that defeated the foreign invaders every single time. It was, and is, one of the most powerful weapons of all time.

It is said once a tribe ( a group of about ten Deh`arylek packs which themselves compose of about ten to twenty Deh`aruleks) gets a smell of a target, they will hunt that target for as long as they live. they can run through the forest and sustained speeds of 40 mph, and have almost bullet proof skin. They can be trained top hunt down entire groups of people as well as a single target.
