Dr. Howard slowly crawled forward, putting as little weght as possible on his injured leg. "ugg" He groaned in pain. Not long after, a group of 5 soldiers in full gear carrying guns ran into the room. "Doctor!" Liuetenant john yelled. "are you okay?"

"I think that the POD soldiers have overstayed their welcome on Laya."

"No, and I think it will be a nice little pet," He said. He lit fire to some wood and got inside his tent. " You can come sleep if you want, I am tired," Henry said. The cat followed him in the tent and sat on his stomach. He purred.

"Well i might sleep later. I am going to visit a native village and see if i can find anything intresting. I will meet you here later. Bye!" John walked into the woods towards a native village.

Dr. John soon arrived to the native town. The town was bustling with activity. As he walked he seen a man poring something in a mold. He walked over and seen that the man was making a sword out of molten rock. He then asked the man if he could give him one for a string of glass beads.

OOC: I already said in the opening post, that the island has no metal elements to make anything (they are stuck in the stone age) I am going to change it up so what you said does make sense

The native looked at the man, taking the beads and looking it over at every possible angle. "Huk'ta akt'ebeh N'haten" The native picked up the stone table he was working on and spilled out the hot liquid, he placed the tablet in a pot of water, making it sizzle. He handed John the tablet, which upon examination had a indented carving of a long sword shaped spear. Inside the shape, was engraved writing in the Layan language. He pointed to the words. "Ha'apti Ne'eta Bayka"

John handed the man the beads as a payment and took the sword. He then left the village and walked back Henry's camp to study the sword.

Several GH-13 Attack Helicopters flew overhead, toward the island's center. They flew low enough to the ground that they appeared to be engaged in strafing operations.

A fleet of the P.O.D.N. was nearing the island, their silhouettes getting ever larger as the vessels neared...

When Dr. John got back to Dr. Henry's camp to show him the sword he seen a helicopter fly overhead. He just thought it was a scintist going somewhere and sat the sword on a table.
"Henry! It is me John. You got to see this!"

Henry rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and went to John. " What is it," He asked. He eyes the sword and his mouth dropped open.

"It is a sword made by the natives. It was made from lava being poured in a mold then cooled. Then the man carved some strange words in the sword blade. Remember this is not metel it is stone so it is kind of fragial." He then handed Henry the sword.

Henry felt the blade. It was still hot. He wasn't careful and cut his finger he yanked it back. " That didn't feel good," He laughed. " I don't have anymore food, let's go trade," He said. He began walking toward the village.

[Nanovia]

Dr. Sablin was frying eggs when he heard the gunshots. Ignoring them, he finished cooking and eating his breakfast, then proceeding to work. The Rhodeve scientist had told him not to move the natives...but Nanovian scientists never play by the rules. For the past couple days, the Nanovian soldiers had been secretly kidnapping natives and forcing them into black storage containers marked "specimen". The aboriginals were to join the Nanovian prisoners and other people locked up onboard the Northern Star. He couldn't help but smile to himself. Its all for a greater cause he thought to himself again. Hopefully, no one would notice the large amounts of Aboriginal villages that had been "mysteriously abandoned".

Not bothering to say farewell to the others, Dr. Sablin walked into one of the five Nanovian Mi-24s and slammed the door. Immediately, the helicopters began to ascend and fly toward the Northern Star carrying there [i]precious cargo, each of the copter's individual rotors kicking up dust and blowing small light objects in every direction toward the neighbors. Each of the helicopters were towing one of the large storage containers marked specimen. While flying over the mountains, Sablin thought he could see the Velkalse man and someone he didn't recognize down at one of the native villages that the Nanovians hadn't raided. Once the copters reached the ship, they began lowering the containers onto the deck, where the Aboriginals were marched out and taken down below deck. Sablin landed later, where he was then taken to the bridge.

Bridge, Northern Star

"Well now Dr. Sablin. I trust the mission was successful?" said the man sitting in an office chair with his back facing Sablin.

"Indeed sir. We can begin testing the serum on the specimen, along with the other viruses." Sablin replied. "Though the serum itself is quite unstable, we are continuing great progress."

"Excellent..." responded Secretary of Defense Allan Turner as he turned around in the chair with a shark faced grin. "Now we shall have a massive advantage over our enemies. Start testing right away."

Couple hours later

Vincent Viedas had the late night shift. It had been a long and eventful day. Viedas had watched the scientists on board the ship do all sorts of genetic experiments on the captives. Though the purposes had been kept secret, there were rumors among the soldiers that the scientists were trying to create the so called super soldiers. Viedas had enjoyed watching the natives and prisoners scream on agony before they passed out foaming at the mouth. Now he hoped to end his shift soon, for he was tired. He rounded a corner and started to patrol the various rows of cages...and screamed as someone/something inside one of the cages broke through the bars and grabbed him. There was a sickening crunch, and Viedas's helmet was tossed out the cage. The unmistaken sound of glass shattering and metal bars twisting echoed throughout the ship. On the bridge, crew members witness a terrifying scene from the security cameras...

Adustum, Nanovia
"Mr. President...we've lost contact with the Northern Star" said an attendant as the blip vanished on the radar screen.
President Boris Venegas was silent for a moment.
"Send a team out to find out what happened to the ship. The international community must not find out on what we were working on."

As you all know, the Layans are a primitive peoples that live in Laya. To better examine their habits, without viewing them up close, the Rhodeve government has finally launched the Rhodeve Mission: Comet Alternative Satellite, nicknamed the "See All" Satellite into orbit. This satellite will be fully operational in just a few hours, and all will be able to see what is going on everywhere on the island.

Secondly, Lieutenant John of Rhodevus National Defense, has sent a transmission that Dr. Howard, the head scientist of the project was shot in the leg by POD soldiers. POD has officially been barred from the island, and all soldiers shall be requested to leave. As such, all other nations may increase their soldier presence on Laya to 50 men each.

The ocean began to bubble and froth as the RNS Pied Piper rose from the depths. Once the submarine reached close enough to the shoreline to swim, a motley crew of five men jumped from their ship into the crystal-clear water. Upon reaching the shore, the men took their equipment out of its water-resistant casing and began to converse. Their goal was a fairly simple one: to examine the flora and fauna of the Layan Island. However, recent reports of kidnapped natives and an international ban from contact with them made their work significantly harder, for they knew that if anyone would know which plants and animals thrived here, it would be the natives. As Eberhard glanced up at the formidable jungle, he saw an unusual sight: thin wisps of steam rising from deeper in. Gesturing towards his companions, he walked into the dark rainforest, into the unknown depths of this strange island.

[The Dictatorship POD]

General Rader's office, NCC, Fort Lee

General Rader read the generalized message and gave a slight laugh before switching to a firm expression of anger. "General Ads," he called over the intercom, "Please report to my office, now." Within seconds, General Ads walked into Rader's office and saluted.

"Take a seat Ads. As you are well aware, we have to divisions and an amount of foreigners on 'Laya'. Now they have the audacity to limit the movements on an island we landed on decades ago. What they fail to realize, is the existence of that facility. You are going to task four of your special forces teams to drop in and offer the current security force assistance. Now go."

With that Ads stood saluted and left. After Ads left, General Rader called over the intercom again, "Admiral Charks, report to my office."


Twelve Minutes Later, Laya

Multiple CG-313's flew in and landed at the facility. After they landed, four dozen P.O.D. Army Special Forces members disembarked and headed for the barracks...


IC: Multiple destroyers from the P.O.D. Navy neared the coastline near the foreign research location and moved to battle ready positions. Two other destroyers neared the Nanovian research vessel and ordered the vessel to leave...

Henry turned to go. " Should we go," He asked John. " It is night out, and I hear wolves," He said. Henry cradled their cat in his arms and got ready to walk back.
