Xu Min's eyes grew wide in amazement looking out onto the magnanimous modern city. She had never been to a city or country that was not under the control of the Empire.

"It's amazing. It's so beautiful. Look at your airships. Very impressive. But wow. This city is so beautiful." Settling down little after taking in the city she looked to Mr Wright.

"I'm looking so forward to seeing your home. I'm also excited to celebrate 'Arrival Day' if its anything like Imperial Restoration Day. It will be fascinating to experience it in a totally new way."

She continued to beam happily.

Xu Min's eyes grew wide in amazement looking out onto the magnanimous modern city. She had never been to a city or country that was not under the control of the Empire.

"It's amazing. It's so beautiful. Look at your airships. Very impressive. But wow. This city is so beautiful." Settling down little after taking in the city she looked to Mr Wright.

"I'm looking so forward to seeing your home. I'm also excited to celebrate 'Arrival Day' if its anything like Imperial Restoration Day. It will be fascinating to experience it in a totally new way."

She continued to beam happily.

Wright opened his mouth to say something when the pilot interrupted him...

Pilot: We'll be landing at the airport shortly now. Please brace for turbulence.

The transport shook for a bit, almost causing the mimosa glasses to fall over. As soon as the shaking stops, Jackson (looking dejected after being berated by his superior) and the head of security enter the room...

H: Well, from here on out your security will be handled by the Praeceptor's personal guard. *salutes* It's been an honor to serve you sir.

Wright returns the salute as he and Jackson exit the transport to head to their respective posts. As Wright and Xu Min walk out on to the landing pad they are approached by a young man dressed in a diplomat's garb...

Jason Black: Welcome home Mr. Wright! It's great to have you back in Konstantina again.

Wright's face looks quite puzzled as the man ban bows formally to him...

W: Yes...I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude but who are you?
B: Oh, my apologies sir. My name is Jason Black, and I'm serving as the new Praeceptor's assistant as well as studying law at Konstantina University.
W: Ah, I graduated from there when I was about your age as well!
B: Ah of course you have. In fact, they named a wing after you when-

At that moment, Black realized that he forgot all about Xu Min...

B: I am dreadfully sorry miss, *bows gentelmanly(?)* I forgot to inquire about your name...

Black's British accent seems to feel more laid on as he says this...

Xu Min was awe struck walking about the advanced landing pad area. "Wow. The Empire doesn't have anything like this. Or at least have anything like this open to the public. Maybe the military. Airship ports are massive for sure, but this is quite intricate." Her comments are interrupted with the arrival of Jason Black.

She bows her head with a fist in hand salute, a traditional Chinese greeting. "Greetings Mr Black, I am Xu Min of Sheng China. I am the Secretary to the Viceroy of Xiban Colony. I am here to represent Viceroy Ma Huang and the Imperial Government on you national holiday at the request of Mr Wright."

As soon as they enter, detachment of 7 KNP guardsmen begin to clear the crowd in front of them...

W: Well, this is the Konstantina transport hub. Based within the center of this megacity, this hub connects to almost all transportation routes. Thanks to this hub, we've been able to completely ban fossil fuel powered vehicles, as well as keeping our environment virtually intact. In fact, that's the key to our stunning nature "hotspots".

Xu Min was awe struck walking about the advanced landing pad area. "Wow. The Empire doesn't have anything like this. Or at least have anything like this open to the public. Maybe the military. Airship ports are massive for sure, but this is quite intricate." Her comments are interrupted with the arrival of Jason Black.

Listening to Mr Wright further she impressed by the Konstantinya. "So resourceful. And environmentally concerned. I love this country the more I hear and see of it. The Empire could take a few pointers from you." She laughs jokingly, but with a bit of seriousness in her voice.

After what seems like a long walk through the crowds, the group finally exit out into the streets. A transport convoy stands ready to take them to the capital building...

B: Well, unfortunately this is where we go our separate ways.

Wright stops just as he was about to help Xu Min into one of the cars...

W: Wait, why?
B: Well, I just got a notification *takes out Datapad* from the university. It looks like their staging a false trial TODAY, instead of tomorrow. So I have to get going. It's been a pleasure to meet both of you.

Black bows shortly, then heads down the street towards one of the many street cars in Konstantina...

W: Well...that was short. Well, are you ready to meet the Praeceptor?

Wright opens one of the car's doors and gestures for her to enter...

Jusst does feel safe with the guards, the people all seemed friendly enough on their business, but she felt safe with Wright.

She shields her eyes entering onto the street from the hub. With her eyes adjusted she saw the high tech city. A city is often a familiar place for any country. With its tall highrises. Cramped streets of vehicles. Noises and smells. She more interested in observing the people. She notices though the sudden departure of Mr Black.

"Good day Mr Black. It was a pleasure to meet you." She calls to him as he leaves.

She looks to the car and smiles, "I think I am ready to see the Praeceptor." She carefully steps and lowers herself into the vehicle. Sliding over for Mr Wright to join next to her.

As the convoy enters out onto the main boulevard Wright tries to strike up some conversation...

W: So how did you come into the service of the Viceroy?

As she watched the pretty street go by she was pulled to focus by Mr Wright's question.

"Oh yes. I was assigned to him by the Department of Internal Ministries. They assign state workers to different Ministries, Departments, officers, ministers, Imperial officials and so on. We take a series of Imperial Examinations to determine our strengths and acumen. I scored in the top 15%. This group is assigned to be the personal secretaries and officers for the most powerful of ministers in the land. I was assigned to Viceroy Ma Huang because we come from the same province in the mainland. My father also served under him when the Viceroy served as a General of the Imperial Army before he died."

As she watched the pretty street go by she was pulled to focus by Mr Wright's question.

We take a series of Imperial Examinations to determine our strengths and acumen. I scored in the top 15%. This group is assigned to be the personal secretaries and officers for the most powerful of ministers in the land. Wright smiled as he thought back to his days as an independent lawyer...

W: That sounds very similar to the way we select our ministers and secretaries. Though I wouldn't know that much about the test since I didn't take those types of tests. I just took the BAR Exam and began my career as a defense attorney.

Wright saw the confused look on Xu Mins face as he said this...

W: But, the thing is that I was one of the most well known in the nation. After I proved the innocence of my mentor's sister after her murder, and subsequently revealed the true culprit. I became somewhat of a celebrity, in fact I never lost any of the cases I took. This drew the attention of the Logicus party when they were looking for a man devoted to justice to rule the newly established colony in that universe. When they showed me the amount of money I'd be making, I closed the office down , said my goodbyes to the staff, and headed off to Alternate europe.
Driver: We're here sir...

The car now entered the capital grounds, circling around the "garden of harmony" in the front of the building. Scientists had genetically engineered plants to become cherry blossom pink in color so that the capital grounds could stick out in a way that was unique to Konstantinye...

She walked beside Mr Wright at they approached the Praeceptor. He was just as she had imagined from what little tales she found of him in Xinjia Colony. His proud demeanor. His hair. His strong appearance.

When they had approached and the Praeceptor took notice, Xu Min was quick to bow her head and clasp her hands together.

Wright hastily tried to salute the Praeceptor in the traditional way, placing his hand across his chest and saluting him with the other...

W: It is an honor to finally meet you Praeceptor.

Williams looked at the both of them with what seemed to be a judging look on his face. As a moment of silence went by Williams laughed as he looked the both of them as they still remained at attention...

PW: HA! There's no need to be so formal you two.
W: Then why did you look so serious?
PW: I just wanted to see how long you two would stay like that.

Wright sighs as he realizes that Williams is more or less laid back in terms of formality and such, this causes Williams to chuckle more...

PW: Well, now that that's out of my system I should probably ask who you are Cuòguò?...

She walked beside Mr Wright at they approached the Praeceptor. He was just as she had imagined from what little tales she found of him in Xinjia Colony. His proud demeanor. His hair. His strong appearance.

When they had approached and the Praeceptor took notice, Xu Min was quick to bow her head and clasp her hands together.

Wright hastily tried to salute the Praeceptor in the traditional way, placing his hand across his chest and saluting him with the other...

W: It is an honor to finally meet you Praeceptor.

Williams looked at the both of them with what seemed to be a judging look on his face. As a moment of silence went by Williams laughed as he looked the both of them as they still remained at attention...

PW: HA! There's no need to be so formal you two.
W: Then why did you look so serious?
PW: I just wanted to see how long you two would stay like that.

Wright sighs as he realizes that Williams is more or less laid back in terms of formality and such, this causes Williams to chuckle more...

PW: Well, now that that's out of my system I should probably ask who you are Cuòguò?...

He sends his greatest regards and bids you to look kindly on me as his representative." Her head was still lowered with her hands together.

"I must also respectfully correct you, Praeceptor. Although your pronunciation of Chinese is good your vocabulary needs... fine tuning. When you said '错过（cuoguo) I believe you meant to say, 小姐 (xiaojie). 错过 means 'to miss' not Miss. 小姐 is the proper term for Miss. I would be 徐小姐（Xuxiaojie). Simple mistake though. Not bad for a foreigner."

Major Clark was on a recon team along with 15 other KNP Guardsmen on the outskirts of New Hope as they were on the search for any arsonists in the area. After the main force found burned debris and corpses as they approached the city, they sent recon teams consisting mainly of KNP guardsmen in Warthogs further along in order to point out locations where arson was taking place.

C: We're gonna make these bastards pay for what they've done here, mark my words.
Sergeant: Yeah, and with all of this support from the Chinese and Argent, we'll take New Hope back in a couple-
C: Hold that thought...Stop the warthog.

As the warthog convoy came to a stop Clark looked with his optical display at the gate to an apartment complex. He could see armed men pulling old men, women, children, and others out of there and attempting to not only kidnap the women, but execute the men as well...

C: Those sons of a bitch! Alright I want you four, *gestures to Sniper team* to set up in that building over there across the way. The rest of us will wait for the signal from them.
Soldiers: Understood sir.

After about 4 minutes the Sniper team was in position across from the Apartments...

Snipers: In position, we have sights on all targets poised at Civilians.
C: Alright, open fire!

As Clark heard shots ring out he signaled the entire convoy to speed ahead and open fire on all enemy targets...

After he says this he pulls his hand away and tells Wright...

PW: Before I go any further I have to speak in private with Mr. Wright for a moment.

Both Wright and Williams walk away a short distance towards the edge of the rock garden...

W: What is it that you wanted to tell me sir?
PW: Well for one, you can stop calling me sir. Just call me 'Diego', or 'Mr. Williams'. And two, you will no longer be in charge of our european colony.

Wright looks as if he's about to faint as he hears those words...

W: What? But why?
PW: When the Parliament instated me as the next Praeceptor, there was no need for the Praetor program anymore.
W: But, what will happen to me now?
PW:*Smiles* Well you go back to doing what you do best...

Williams pulls out an attorney badge from his inner vest pocket...

PW: By official decree from the Praeceptor, you will be reinstated as a practicing Attorney as well as becoming the new head of Attorney Affairs with your very own office building.

Wright looked at the badge with disbelief...

W: This is... I can't accept this.
PW: Of course you can, you successfully established Resurgance colony and still kept this nation's reputation intact. THAT is a feat worthy of such a reward.

Wright still looked at it with complete shock in his eyes...

PW: Besides, I thought it would be better for you to have a steady job seeing as you and Xu Min seem to be together.

As Williams nonchalantly takes a sip from his coffee Wright blushes the darkest shade of pink...

PW: HA! Did you honestly think that I didn't see the look in your eyes when you look at her.
W:... I have a look?

Williams laughs again as Wright just looks like a complete mess...

PW: Well we'd better get back to Miss Xu.

As they both walked back to Xu Min Williams finally gave them the basic introduction to Konstantina...

PW: Well, I welcome the both of you to the wonderful city of Konstantina. Especially our guest from the Confederate Empire of Sheng China. I have to get back to packing for a diplomatic meeting with another nation, but I trust that MR. Wright will be able to show you around the city.

He takes care to emphasize the MR part of that sentence...

Right as Williams turns to walk a way he turns his head and says...

PW: I have a feeling that you two are gonna get along just fine.

Although he wasn't quite sure, Wright could've sworn that he saw Praeceptor Williams wink at the both of them...

W: Well I think it's about time we go out and celebrate this new promotion!

Wright led Xu Min out of the garden towards where they were dropped off only to find a KNP Officer standing by the car while holding an assault rifle in his hands. Wright looked puzzled as to why there was an officer here instead of the usual rank and file guardsmen. Then a thought occurred to him, "What if the Praeceptor was just toying with me?" Was he about to get arrested by this officer? But as he approached him a familiar voice greeted him instead...

Jackson: It's good to see you again sir.
W: Jackson? Is that you?
J: In the flesh. And might I say, congratulations on your promotion Mr. Wright.
W: Thanks, but why are you here?
J: Well after they debriefed me they offered a more permanent bodyguard position after you were instated as the Head of Attorney Affairs. And how could I refuse such an offer.
W: Wow, that's great Jackson. That must've been a real relief for your wife when you got the job huh?
J: Well I haven't told her yet. I've been trying to keep it a surprise for when I get home.
W: Really...So, shall we get going now?
J: But of course sir.

Jackson opened the door to the car as he gestured for both Wright and Xu Min to enter the car...
