Government Type: The Government is currently in a state of chaos, a nation schismed by it's own people. In a terrible civil war between what is known as the Derenough Faction, led by Prime Minister/Supreme Commander Lazarus Derenough, a traitor who killed the former Prime Minister. Against the Faction is the United Canuck Federation, an old idea made new. Unite the Canucks under one banner, no matter the cost. The Derenough Faction is a Dictatorship, with the assistance of the former Dominion's army. The United Canuck Federation is trying to restore Democracy, with the assistance of the rouge soldiers and looted equipment from the former Dominion's army. The leader of the UCF is Serena Winters, former General of the armed forces.

Capital Status: A beautiful place, Ottawana is. It's on the Serox Continent, on the planet Vimy. It's a city with it's Parliament building built like the one on Canuckland's original homeworld. It's full of high rises, and regular residences. It's Pride Tower, however, is the largest in the whole Dominion of Canuckland, towering almost fifteen kilometres. It's a city that never sleeps, and that is always buzzing with activity. Currently, the entirety of the Dominion is in a state of Economic Boom, with everyone rushing to buy military equipment for the civil war brewing. Though Ottawana is untouched, it's soon to be the heart of the war.

Military Information: Since the Military is technically torn in half between the Faction and the UCF, it's hard to tell who's on who's side. But the former Dominion Army, Navy and Airforce was a force to be reckoned with. When the Galactic Dominion was one, the Dominion army was in the middle of a modernization of all forces, and most ships were being retrofitted with Railguns, and Mass Drivers as a countermeasure instead of the smoothbore cannons that were launched conventionally for hundreds of years.
Strengths: A new, updated and strong navy. Ground forces are under heavy modernization, most of it complete. Airforces are some of the best in the galaxy.
Weaknesses: Still in the process of Modernization, logistics is still a bit of a mess. Airforces and Naval Forces are a little bit cocky, but nothing too bad.

Uhm, the planned Rp's do not account for that separate Rp, why can't we do a 2 v 1 battle now?

I have already stated why. In such a messy thread as the current RP thread, there are probably three different storylines going on at the same time. You already have your diplomatic summit to concentrate on. A war with my forces will be a terrible distraction, and would probably muddle the waters even more.

I have two active stories of my own, and a third in the works in that main thread, so yes, I feel a separate thread is in order, especially with new recruits still coming in. Considering I'm about to be in a second, maybe third war, we don't need to cluster them all in one thread, that'd just be confusing. Yes, I know that two-three different wars will be tough on logistics and the like, but I have an underlying reason for want so many wars (besides me liking them). Hint: I have a second race app ready for when the time comes.

Mostly flavor, but its because most members of the species are born genderfluid. Before civilization, if say, all males were killed in a tribe, some women would become male, if they had a male gender at the time, their sex would shift more readily. At the same time, most every member of the species is also bi or pansexual.
