But for FTL methods like Slipspace its much more difficult as you need to actively inhibit the formation of the Slipspace portal allowing the starships to exit. The Empire does have FTLI's but in the since that it actively disrupts Slipspace by creating anomalies within Slipspace.
As for using Gravity at FTL, well...besides a Black Hole the only real way to inhibit it to create Gravity Well anomalies that would draw the enemy Fleet out of FTL. So creating another Gravity body to disrupt the one created by the enemy fleet.
So, basically to stop me, you'd need to know where I'm going, and put a large gravity well in my fleet's path, which would pull me out. Putting one at the end would just give me a boost.

Well now the Krauts will retreat, we will take time to explore the city to give a good view on how fucked up the Krauts are. Then I'm going to launch a first strike on Palaven then allies will be able to come in and reinforce.
Thought the Krauts were tough already? Palaven holds their power so the difficulty level of Palaven Krauts to Normal ones is about 10:1 with the troops count being about 5:1

Seriously man? Then what is the point of me fighting there?
And then you shouldn't be able to use it on Kamino.

Well it my planets that you are invading, so I should have the advantage here.
Then if you do not use the Gravity Well Generators, I will pretend that Generator won't exist on Kamino
