The Valuran Main Delegates Hall
City of New Valus, Year 2019
The Federation of the Corporate Alliance of Valura
It had been less then a few hours since the declaration of the beginning of a new nation and the Corporate Alliance seemed doomed to fall. Internalized factions led by several prominent business owners have now led their own factions into massive civil revolt resulting in widespread chaos and economic downfall. Riots have broken out upon the city streets of the main city of New Valus, a year in the making, the city was to represent the pinnacle of success that is the Corporate Alliance of Valura and it's Federal Government. A conglomeration of various multi-billion dollar corporations, now each believes that they are entitled to lead the nation as second in power to the Federal Government, but due to inactivity on behalf of the Federal Government to intervene in the matter, the corporations have taken it into their own hands. Now in mass turmoil, the consumers are revolting, rioting and pillaging and it is up to foreign supporters to either aid the rogue corporations in return for the economic benefits, or assist the Federal Government for the national assists in times of need.
Now currently holed up in the primary city (soon to be the capital) of New Valus, it is built in a grid formation similar to that of most well-organized and planned cities. At it's center lies the Federal Bureau of Administration and the Federal Bureau of Commercial Affairs, the latter of which is up in flames due to the consumer rioting in the streets that has led to violence being taken out upon employees of the State. Currently to be deployed are the only defenses the Federal Government has, the two battalions of Federal Troops stationed in various Barracks across the city and their twelve APC's (Textron Armored Patrol Vehicles) each Battalion has to assist in evacuating the burning structure.
This is a new nation for me, NOT a new site. Please note that I also am attempting to make this hyper-realistic thus meaning there are no sudden teleportation devices or futuristic weapons BEYOND what is in development right now, also note that the individual corporations of the Alliance are very wealthy and have forces of their own that do outnumber and outgun the Federal Militia. The only difference between them and the Federal Militia is that the FM has better training and thus knows how to use their equipment better. However, the Corporation due to an agreement (even though each has their own) do not have active access to military aircraft, thus meaning that you are not to suddenly expect air support from them. Only the FM has active military craft (that numbers 4 in total) and they are all out-dated, but well maintained, Northrop F-5F Tiger II's each being kitted out with two modified M39A2 20 millimeter cannons in the nose and having a loadout of two AIM-9 Sidewinder Missiles, four KH-29L (Kedge Air-to-Surface Missiles), and one 500 kilogram Bunker-Buster Bomb.
Valuran Geography and Logistics Processing

Valura is divided into four parts geographically, the Upper River Junction (NE Quadrant), the Valus River Valley (NW Quadrant), the Turivas Delta (SW Quadrant), and the Fyrian Mountains (SE Quadrant). Each of these four quarters must be under control, however, the Federal Government is at a loss. Given the dense forestation, and the lack of roads or supply lines, they are unable to commit to anything more than taking back New Valus without foreign aid.
Each quadrant will be under control by the specified Faction as per what cities the Faction controls. From there, the factions will be fighting to eliminate the others or ally themselves with the others, in order to eventually regain peace and stability. All nations wishing to fight or provide aid must provide an application. Failure to do so will result in the expulsion of all forces from the nation of Valura.
Only four nations will be allowed to join in the fighting alongside the Federal Militia in order to retake Valura, after that, all others will simply have to settle with staying out of the fight, or attempt to stabilize the fight from another point of view.
Realize that not all people will be able to fight for long, and it takes lots of ammunition statistically to kill even one person in a firefight. As a result, it will be expected that all players take into effect the costs of maintaining troops and their lodgings and F.O.B.s and the logistics involved. On top of this all, no external help will be provided once a nation enters Valura, because due to heavy AAA fire, SAM sites, and the chaos of war, no side will be safe bringing in unregistered troops. If you wish to utilize air drops, they either will have to be a part of your initial task force, or will have to be utilized as reinforcements later in the battle. On top of this all, we now bring you the specific Geography of Valura.
With Valura being an extremely rugged and mountainous country, the only supply roads once led through tunnels that have since the beginning of the war either been caved in or utterly decimated. Due to this, all logistics-based supply convoys and trains have to be run through exclusively overland trade routes. These routes are not well paved generally and do not allow the use of high speed vehicles. The main river that runs through Valura is often referred to as the Valus River and is not a place to be taken lightly, with Valuran forests containing over two hundred different venomous creatures, many of which live near or on this river. Three of which have the ability to kill, thirty of which result in paralysis localized in the limb of infection, and most others capable of making one sick, be sure to take proper cautions.
In many places where cities are absent from the banks of the Valus River, it is due to the highly rugged and steep cliffs in the rough terrain along the sides. These sheer drops have been the site of many killings, suicides, and rituals. They also make excellent places to set up a base camp for smaller strike groups. On top of this, Valurans have an additional advantage when dealing with the terrain. Many of the "fresh water springs" are in fact littered with diseases the native Valurans are acclimated and immune to, but most foreigners are not.
In addition, Valura is also subject to large open plains surrounding the many river junctions. Often referred to by the natives as "reverse deltas", they are a phenomena created by the large ice formations, glaciers, and snowfall in the mountains surrounding Valura in the Winters, Springs, and Falls, which melt all at once in the Summer to flood the many ravines and dried riverbeds in the plains, which then lead to the much lower in elevation Valus River.
In essence, all water leads back to the Valus River, and that is not information to be taken lightly as the best means of being found if lost is to follow water. Valura covers a span of nearly 1500 kilometers out from the Valus river on each side and covers a stretch along the river of about 780 kilometers. Keep this in mind when considering your resupply routes and also note that on the highly simplified map given, unless it is near a river, the land is a bunch of mountains, so in order to cut back on fuel expenditures, make sure to not try to go in a straight line. The climb is often too much for vehicles not built for the stresses that generally an ATV would even quail at.
The Factions:
The Federal Militia:
-As the Federal Government's only means of finalizing and ending this conflict between the four major corporations, the FM has taken a very hostile stance and have been authorized to use all means possible to quell the fighting. Based in the city of
New Valus, they also have exclusive access to theknowledge of the location of the FCAV Military Airfield's Location. They also have singular access to the main river running through Valura via a port for the FCNV (the Federal Corps for the Navy in Valura) in Seliminas.
Valuran Commodities Co.:
-A company specializing in agricultural development, they have the largest faction, but also the poorest. With their focuses mostly being on seizing land through the farmers they have in employment as well as the hundreds of immigrants working under those farmers, they wish to be second in command to allow for faster spreading and siezure of land for agriculture. They are located in the Central River Valley and are based out of the port of Placid Rivers Junction. They have massive access to farming equipment to weaponize it, but have poorly skilled laborers and poorly built weaponry.
Resarget Inquiries and Bidding Firm:
-The Resarget Inquiries and Bidding Firm is one of the smaller factions in the war, they are primarily a stock-market based firm and their main combat forces are their hordes of well-trained paramilitary security operatives. Their powerful wealth and influence over the cities of the Upper River Junction Valley (Sucia, Valus, Wellenmarch, Q'indiferod, and the Final Gleam Settlement) have given them much strength in weapons manufacturing in the month's leading up to this conflict thus giving them access to better heavier weaponry, however, their lack of man-power forces them to fall back on primarily defending their claims. They are based out of Valus and have access to some commercial aircraft for weaponization through the airport in Sucia.
Gurad & Noll Manufacturers Corporation:
-The primary automobile manufacturers in Valura before the war, the Gurad & Noll Manufacturer's Corporation they are now the third largest faction and have now resorted to building heavy vehicle-based weaponry along the scale of light batle tanks and armored vehicles. Utilizing schematics for old Russian and Israeli Merkava and T-72 Main Battle Tanks, they now control much of the lower half of the River and have set up multiple factories. In addition to their large amount of tanks, they also have heavy artillery pieces capable of decimating fortresses and encampments to close to their borders. However, due to a lack of fuel, they too have been forced to compromise by witholding their forces inside their sphere of influence. Based out of Guol, they have control over Cobal Turvad, the Factory City, south of it, Selinka, Turivas, Beytarli, and Havenfall.
Illiara Weapons and Machinery Co.:
-The second largest faction in this war, they are the biggest threat, their only motivation is to sieze control of the government and they have the means to do so. With the contracts to build more modernized versions of the T-84 Main Battle Tank and the M1A1 Abrams, they also have access to highly developed tech only rivaled in power by the FCAV and the Gurad & Noll Inquiries and Bidding Firm.

Nation's Desired Faction of Affiliation:
Nation's Amount of Troops to be Deployed: (5 Battalions by Valuran measurements being no greater than 1,000 men including support, maintenance personnel, and Special Operations Personnel all included as a maximum, so essentially, no greater than 5,000 men deployed, we're going for realism in this RP- please delete this tag after reading)
Nation's Troop Vehicle Support to be Deployed: (No more than 100 air vehicles, 500 land vehicles, or twenty naval vehicles. The number must also equal approximately a 10-25-65 ratio, with land or air units being in the higher two categories due to restricted water area in Valura- delete this tag after reading)
Nation's Motives and Intentions for Aid: (More than one sentence, please state intent and diplomatic or economical reason for doing so, also note that only one of the four factions is fighting to usurp the government, the others simply want to have influence within the government due to the fact that the government is a Corporate-Federal Alliance and the closest "Corporations" typically are to receive the better government care packages. Only one is fighting to end this and bring centralized stability -though it be through force- and thus usurp the Federal Government of Authority- delete this tag after reading)
There, that should just about do it, remember, we're going for realism here guys, so fuel, ammunition amounts, and logistics are to play a large role, also, nothing can fly into Valuran airspace, so no external aid from long-range bombers with the exception of them being listed as vehicles to be deployed under a special triple asterisk tag marked (what else) SPECIAL RESOURCE. Same for any other external sources you intend to use or any special type of weapon you intend to use. Though this is to be MT, I will also all for SOME PMT, such as railguns or exo-suits, but they better be in your factbook and they better have a good description of their combat capabilities...
