Gentlemen, please allow me to introduce myself. I am Magister Equitum Charlemagne Dupont, Cabinet Secretary of the Government of the Democratic Republic, and humble servant of Rome. It has come to the attention of The Eternal City that Southeast Asia has broken out into needless war, and is threatening to destabilize the entire region. In the name of civility and humanity, on behalf of the Roman Republic and by the ruling of the Senate, I humbly request that all sides cease hostilities and consider a more peaceful alternative set forth by the Praetor Calvacanti.

War is an unfortunate state of affairs, undoubtedly a truth to many civilizations such as yourselves, but still as tragic. We as Romans always strive to be better than ourselves. We believe that to be humane is to surpass conventional expectations placed on men. We celebrate live, and grieve its loss. It is because of this that we regret to have seen this conflict and up until now failed to act. How unfortunate it is, that citizens should die over state affairs that could have been settled peacefully. Undoubtedly war comes to us all, but would it not be more civil, more humane to consider reason over rashness. As the famous Neo-Latin poet and son of Rome, Dante Alighieri has put it, consider that you were not born to live as brutes, but to live with love of virtue and beauty.

The Roman Democratic Republic would like to facilitate peace-talks and negotiations in the form of dialogue between all involved parties, in the interest of pursuing the welfare of your people and averting war. The government is willing to host a conference between appointed/elected representatives of both sides, and mediate for a peaceful conclusion that will satisfy all.

We regret that your people have to die for ownership of resources that may be fairly distributed among all those involved. Perhaps a dialogue may finally bring a sound conclusion to these territorial disputes.

I think peace could be an option. But the only way to diffuse this situation is for the removal of your troops in Luzon Strait. Also, we are asking for your troops in Taiwan to back down, or the Zhouranese National Army and the Chinese People's Liberation Army shall occupy Taiwan.

Terten realized that his visions for peace to reign in the region are nothing more than fictional and illusionary, the military commanders decided that operation papaya to continue. Changhua is attacked from the east from occupied the Shihtiping region where 3 divisions are at rest. The Himpaplota 3 rested in Taitung city (just kidding there is no more city) slices through the skies to bombard Changua's defenses and airbases. Though medium air loses, the Asigna commanders achieved their goal. The assault began.

20,000 troops then advance deep into Changhua, snipers however, engaged the Asignas, closed quarters combat experts then engaged these militias inside building. Since the initial Changua operations killed 1000 of the soldiers that tried to engaged the snipers, 7 Tank divisions enter the city from all side, one advancing from Miaoli city, one from the south in Tainan city and one from the west under the cover of the Marcos line.

The city of Changhua is under siege.

1 million of the (total of 8 million troops) are sent to the ASEAN wall. As well as 300 tanks and 400 planes. Along with 10 Dangan air cruisers.

The Marcos line (Asigna faction) attacks Taipei using their missile destroyers from the north.

About 234,000 Zhouranese soldiers and 478,000 Chinese soldiers prepared for an invasion in Taiwan. Before they could do it, the Beijing Regional Security decided to think about the situation first.

Premier Qi Zhou travelled to Beijing. He wanted the BRS to negotiate first. As a result, the BRS ordered the Chinese and Zhouranese troops to back down before invading Taiwan.

After hearing about the deployment of Philippine ships near Taiwan, China decided to speed up production of the YJ-12 supersonic anti-ship missiles. Also, Zhouran has bought these missiles from China, free of charge.

A force of 2500 fighter, bomber and dive bomber planes and 40 high altitude Dangan airship armadas dropped bombs on the Eastern ports of China. While Zhouran prepared an invasion of Taiwan, under the umbrella of the Marcos line, a heavily defended naval and aerial blockade of a huge aerial force, 30 medium range Topol missile launchers arrived to Taitung and spread evenly on the eastern coast of Taiwan. An artillery and Flak battery was built on the eastern coast of Taiwan.

Terten then declared a plan to bomb Zhouran's industries into sumbission, the battle of Zhouran. From Taitung and the newly befallen city of Changhua,, Taiping was bombed by long ranged bombers and Stuka Jet dive bombers that appeared high from the sky in a catapult aerial assault on Taiping city, targeting its factories, bases, radar stations and airbases with a force of 500 fighter and bomber planes and 40 high altitude Dangan airship bombers.

Night by night, Taiping is bombed by the the Himaplota (air fleet) 2,3,4 and 5 from Taiwan.

Though there are reports that losses are being sustained by the fleets as flak tends to hit them. Also out of the 40 Dangans, 7 are shot down and only 10 get to actually hit their targets.

While Zhouran was bombed.Landing troops of 900,000 men arrived on 8 sides North,West,East,South,North West,North East,South East,South West and used the tactic called encirclement.Most infantry were motorized and the frontline fighters were the LandKreuzer Ratte and the encirclement tactic was mixed with the tactic Blitzkrieg.The troops shown no mercy when with plowed Zhouran with weapons.This action was later called the massacre of Zhouran

To punish Zhouran for their attack on Asigna civilians, EMP canisters (a fail safe brought by the Israeli science team many years ago) were rained on Heping and the other coastal provinces of Zhouran by long range bombers, shutting down it's technology.

Mines are deployed on the Luzon strait. and on the Philippine sea, they are modified to explode even without contact but only needs the magnetic forces of the enemy ship's hull to explode.
