Operational overview: There would be a contigency plan deployed to Guo and the rest of the generals. The contingency plan dictates that the reserve force of the People's liberation army be deployed in an event of war in order to maintain civil order in Zhouran, as invasions by Asigna will demote civil order in the Zhouranese nation. This contingency plan will be deployed from the Supreme marshall to the generals giving the generals a hint that he is interested in the war that's why he is preparing, the generals approve of this action and sign this contingency plan, in reality, they are signing the unmentioned part, that is, after Guo's assasination (not mentioned in the contingency plan which will come as a bomb deployed by one of the Zhouranese soldiers), the Zhouranese army will be disarmed as an order by the generals who signed then and then they shall take their oath of loyalty to the supreme Marshall, who in turn will will keep his leaderless army disarmed til he appoints new generals and brings the new generals under direct ordinance of the department of defense alone, they are not to interfere in political nor internal affairs rather only focus on re arming, making weapons and maintaining weapons for the Zhouran nation. There would be new officials designated to lead the country in terms of a new established cabinet and new officials which are all appointed from the socialist party.

In the end, Supreme marshall is now given the position as president of the Zhouranese socialist party, a de jure leader of the government and state rather than just a de facto dictator of the country.

In the SEATO summit, Terten, in the name of escalating tensions and the previous terrorist attack against the ASEAN office, agreed with the other desperate governments of the Southeast to pass a resolution that the governments of Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei be militarily occupied by the Asigna expeditionary force. The passage was declared Ordinance Palaris, a form of foreign induced Martial law.

Technically, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei is under Terten's military occupation. The local militaries have been disarmed and combined with PAFF.

500,000 troops of Filipino, Indonesian, Brunei and Malaysian soldiers are sent to the border of currently under construction ASEAN wall.
The Dangan aerial battle ships, removed from the Luzon Strait, is sent back in even greater numbers, 5 ships are now flying in the Strait, usually escorted by 17 F-16 fighter jets.

Zang Guo ordered the National Navy to send the ZNS Yu she destroyer, 2 Type 054A frigates, 3 Type 039 conventional attack submarines, 2 Kilo class conventional attack subs and several Type 022 stealth missile boats to the Luzon Strait. As for the DF-21D anti-ship ballistic missiles that was bought from China, they were armed. These missiles could wipe out a carrier battle group.

Also, hearing about the deployment of the aerial battleships, he orders the deployment of 23 F-8 long range fighter jets, 64 F-7 fighter jets and 21 Su-27SK long range heavy fighter jets.

As for Zhouran's nuclear arsenal, Zang Guo orders the military to arm the nuclear missiles and aim them towards Manila and other cities in Asigna.

Racist riots begin all over Asigna occupied territory.

The worst came when in one night, 5000 Chinese businesses were burnt, many Chinese temples and restaurants attacked by Asigna based rioters wearing Asigna uniforms.

The Chinese in the occupied territory fled in their thousands to Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and China. However, many who were treated as illegal immigrants were deported back to Asigna Philippines.

Terten and the Asigna legislative passes the Paranaque laws, laws permitting arrest without warrant or basis unto every Chinese person.

Then came the time that tensions between Asigna Philippines grew with Zhouran to a place where the whole bayan expected war to already break out.

With the deployment of Asigna combat planes, the Chinese PLA Air Force sends 45 J-11B heavy fighter jets, 5 H-6K nuclear capable bomber jets, 78 J-10A fighter jets and 23 JH-7A fighter bombers to Zhouran.

Also, China began deploying 8,500 marines from the PLA Marine Corps and 9,200 paratroopers from the 15th Airborne Corps of the PLA Air Force.
