Decisive Filipino psychological victory

Units of the Asigna Philippine Racoa (Navy) are deployed to the Luzon Strait. 3 Gregorio del Pilar class frigate Frigates, 4 Tandang Rosa class missile destroyers, 1 Bathala class aircraft carrier (one of the 3) with 4 F-16s, 5 Heinkel bombers and 4 Mig-29s, 1 corvette, 4 patrol boats.

The fleet was named the 31st fleet, a fleet different from the one Asigna Philippines used against it's horrible war against the Osmanli republic in Syria last time.

Terten was already known to have given his infamous speech in Asigna Philippine state media. The declaration coincided after the execution of more anti-Asigna party politicians (they were mostly Chinese) and the incident at the Scarborough shoal. The fleet was kept at standby at the Babuyan islands in the Balintang channel. Terten was expecting negotiations from the Zhouranese foreign consulate and ministry.

The Zhouranese Embassy and foreign consulate cancelled negotiations with Terten.

In Zhouran, the National Navy acquires a newly built Type 093 nuclear attack sub and a pair of Type 041 conventional attack subs from China.

In the air above the strait, a pair of F-7 fighter jets patrol the sky.

In the strait itself, the flagship of the National Navy, the ZNS Yu she destroyer and a Type 054A frigates was sent to patrol the waters.

Thousands of Zhouranese soldiers stand guard, waiting for orders from their commanders and the Supreme Marshal. In Heping, about 6,300 people protest in front of the Philippine Embassy.

Meanwhile, propaganda minister Adriano Timente made new releases for a posters targeted against the Chinese people. The largest
propaganda campaign since the elections and the Asigna party's rise to power. Anti Asigna politicians were rounded up and executed
once again.

Chinese people were rounded up once again and sent on a massive death march towards concentration camps in occupied Northern Australia.

After hearing the sad news of Chinese people forced on a death march in Australia, both China and Zhouran began to antagonize many Filipino people. In China, many Filipino business men lost their money and their company and many were sent to a massive prison in Shenyang called 'Little Manila.'

In Zhouran, the Asigna Embassy was attacked by thousands of protesters, throwing rocks and molotov cocktails at the embassy building.
The National Armed Police tries to stop, but the protest went horribly wrong. As a result, National Army soldiers and armored vehicles were dispersed. About 3,400-4,500 protesters died and 1,200-2,400 NAP officers and NA soldiers died. 12,300 were injured and many hospitals in Heping were overcrowded.

As the crisis in Luzon Strait escalates, the National Navy sends a number of warships. Several missile boats were sent to detain any Filipino fishermen.



Many countries that are being intimidated by Asigna, joined the Beijing Regional Security, which was formerly called the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The BRS spans from Russia and all the way to Zhouran. The current chairman of the BRS is Lt. General Wang Xi of China, while the vice chairman is Upper General Zhou Ma of Zhouran. The BRS is the largest military alliance on Earth, overshadowing NATO.

Terten made his radio address regarding the standoff.

"Shall the Chinese infidels succeed in bringing about the region of Southeast Asia in a great war, it will not result in the victory of the
Chinese, rather, it will result in the total annihilation of the Chinese in this world." *Applause*

"I was disgusted to hear about the death march in Australia. Those people are being treated as pigs. But, the thing is, many Chinese people in the Philippines are Hokkien, not Mandarin. But those fools in Asigna can't differentiate between Hokkien, Mainlanders and Zhouranese.

We should stand up against Terten's brutish, expansionist policies. We shall liberate the people who are oppressed from the hands of the Filipino race. We shall decimate every single army units of Asigna. We shall kill every single soldiers of theirs, even if they were to surrender, we shall not give them mercy or second chances.

In Heping, Supreme Marshal Xia Peng calls for the people of Zhouran to stand up against Terten. In China, people began donating millions of money to the Chinese Communist Party, so that the money can be used to modernize the Chinese military."

Meanwhile in Heping, Supreme Marshal Xia Peng delivers his speech...

"People of Zhouran, stand up against Terten and his paper army. Do not fear them, as the brave, courageous comrades of the National Army shall defend the motherland. Their iron fists shall obliterate Asigna into a land of chaos and despair.

"The republic of Zhouran has made the responsibility of adding fuel to the fire, so be it, if Peng is willing to declare war, he must be the one to
fire the first shot.

I stretch out my hand in friendship, they wanted war, they wanted WAR! They are determined to raise the morale of their men, yet we all know all from the beginning, they have done this, all the way when i made my first declarations, it should be their responsibility as a nation that does not want suffering, to quell this situation or even detect it before it starts, but no, they shouted 'We will be determined to fight Asigna.'"

"For it is fighting all they know, and the specialty that they hold on their life is nothing but a bitter life of fighting. After hearing about the Philippine aerial battleships being sent to the Luzon Strait, several HQ-9 long range anti-aircraft missiles and HQ-7 short range anti-aircraft missiles are activated. Several radars are also activated. Fighter jets are on standby, their pilots prepared.



In Beijing, after negotiating with young foreign ministress, Rosa Rivera, Upper General Zhou Ma makes a speech...

"The member states of the BRS are planning to de-escalate the tensions in Luzon Strait. The first and current step is to remove the aerial battleships flying above. If those aerial battleships were removed, then Zhouranese long range missiles will be sent back to base.

The Zhouranese people, although prepared for war, will accept peace. But for know, the first step is important."

In front of thousands of soldiers in Heping, one of Supreme Marshal's closest commander, a Marshal in the National Army, makes a speech...

"Glorious comrades, prepare to fight for the liberation of the Philippines. We cannot let them wash out our flame. We are prepared for an attack. We will decimate every single units in the military of Asigna. We shall break their chains and clean the dirt they made.

Terten will be kneeling down, wiping our Supreme Marshal's shoes.

Millions of Filipino people have united in the Luneta park wearing yellow clothes demanding the de escalation of tensions
between nations. These peaceful protests are led by a certain group of students from the University of the Philippines, a known
bastion for the opposition politicians that conspire against the Asigna regime.

Up to this point, talks are being made by the foreign affairs ministry of the bayan regarding the removal of the Dangan in the
Luzon Strait.

Thousands of people stood outside the Asigna Embassy. The group was led by Mark Li, a fellow teacher who grew up in Manila. He wanted both nations to step down and continue bilateral relations. A convoy of armored vehicles arrived. A Senior General steps out of an armored car and said to the crowd with a megaphone; "We can only make peace if they stop showing aggression to us. Even if they stopped, we shall not let our guard down."

"I've talked to their foreign minister, and they agreed to start fixing relations. People, let's put down our weapons and put out our hands, as we prepare to shake hands with the people of Asigna."

Many high ranking officials in the National Army were dissatisfied with Premier Qi's move. The rift between the Premier and the National Army grows.

The military industry of Asigna Philippines has now appeared to be in full swing. Production of landing vehicles has exceeded the yearly
economic quarter production of 350 amphibious craft per year. Fires however, have stalled the tank production to 100 Panzer VI tanks a year.

Terten rallied the members SEATO and ASEAN in a meeting and all of the members agreed to build a heavilly foritified wall in the Chinese - Vietnam, Laotian and Burmese border and it is to be known as the ASEAN wall. However, it is promised only to be continously built "Only if China is willing to resume the tensions." Construction however, remains steady.

"The construction of defense fortifications in the ASEAN border is merely in order for our organization to define our borders as a willing
singular entity willing to unite sometime later as we are steps closer into becoming a political union with the other Southeast Asian nations."



While tensions de escalate, Vietnam's shared industries agreed to help the government of the bayan in their quest to produce more ground, aerial and naval forces for the war machine of PAFF. Vietnam is also known to have been taking part in this standoff as a supporting belligerent as it is also claiming the Parcel islands, also claimed by the People's republic of China as per it's resources.

The opposition party, the Liberal party, is not satisfied with the punong's move of re ornamentation, opposition members of the parliament claim "They are not really showing that they are to escalate the tensions as they are willing to produce more and to prepare for hostilities more."
The main administrative section of the party then accused the opposition of misinterpretation, claiming, this is only to strengthen the military of the SEATO alliance as a whole rather than focusing on Asigna Philippines as a nation alone.

Continuing announcement of state media.

This just in, the Dangan aerial battle ships have been removed from the Luzon Strait, the airships are claimed to be
the largest flying weapons ever built on this earth, but of course they are nothing more than flying artillery and troop support
than being actual interceptors.

Talks are still underway with the premier of Zhouran and the bayan's foreign ministry. Still, there are arguments on certain situations
but the propaganda minister and the opposition party are all supportive on the new stance being carried out by our main government.

In Beijing, Zhouranese military delegates, consisting of 5 Middle Colonels, 3 Senior Generals and 2 Marshals, met with their Chinese counterpart...

Both China and Zhouran had called for the member states of the Beijing Regional Security to arm themselves up, as the arms race between the BRS and the ASEAN/SEATO Coalition fuels up.

In Zhouran, the Supreme Marshal knows that the military would overthrow him if he sides with the Premier. Although he supports peace, he doesn't want to lose support from the National Army. So, the Supreme Marshal becomes neutral, and call for the National Army to side with the Socialist Party for peace.

Following the decision made by Asigna to recall their massive aerial battleships, several National Navy warships in the Luzon Strait were recalled back.

Many military commanders were angry about the Premier's choice for peace and the recalling of warships. As a result, 434,000 soldiers were sent to the Luzon Strait, which angered the Premier.

Terten saw this move, he made a speech.

"It is utterly amazing, to see our bayan surviving mentally in this tension with it's outmost discipline, as we see the power struggle
that exists in the faction of our enemy. We see that their high command does wants peace, yet their army wants to declare war.
The danger is clear for us.... over the days, people have been calling me to answer and address this situation, yet i gave no answer...

I promised to myself that if i don't answer, no harm will be done. However, it seems our enemies, importantly, their crucial figures
want to wage war. So i am determined to take a stance now on this situation, if they meddle with our internal affairs

...we shall not be afraid to also settle with this power struggle that exists in Zhouran whether Peng likes it or not."

The bayan foreign ministry sent their envoys which includes Asigna's notorious representative, Rosa Rivera, the foreign ministress, to
settle with the real decision of the internal commandants of Zhouran.
