I chose the Socialist countries to rebel because it's because of Colombion's acceptance, right? So the Socialists have a reason to secede.

I think I would have to try to remain desperately neutral, as I have just come out of a civil war and the Adwest-Falsean War (NK knows about this), and a few other military conflicts, so I would just let the two factions battle it out and hope for a peaceful resolution
