Anyway, here is a proposal:
All members of the Western Coalition that are also members of the World Assembly should be required to endorse the current World Assembly Delegate of the region. Similarly, all nations which are members of both the World Assembly and the Western Coalition should be entitled to at least two endorsements from regional members upon joining the Western Coalition, allowing them to propose World Assembly resolutions.
