In my personal opinion, we should not cooperate with both of these alliances. Think of the damage done because of a dumb war because of their political beliefs. Do you really believe people fight wars for "freedom"? In order to sustain war, you need money and people go to war for economical gains.

Personal opinion would be to avoid another conflict that may be caused between these alliances. I understand of ethics, but what will happen after that? Newly-formed governments are not that stable in many cases and may change once again into a dictatorship in order to stabilize the nation. What if another revolution occurs, and the next revolution. What we must do to stop the dictatorship is find out its weaknesses without causing a destabilization in the region.

None right now, but Transoxthraxian soldiers are known for their temper and strong nationalistic values. As well, Transoxthraxians have quite a rough history with Islam and tend to lump all sects into the same faith.

If the Western Coalition sees a dictatorship as a blatant threat to itself or said nations own people and we have agreements with that, such as a dictator taking power in one of our own nations or if a dictatorship begins an attack against one of our members.

Until the government proves itself to be a stable and completely democratic government, then yes.
