We are also slightly more advanced than humanity. Like a good two to three thousand years more.

I was referring to: where do you store the metal? How do you melt it? It doesn't sound convenient enough to be used in everything to me, personally.

If you fabricated the object in the same place where you drew the metals it would work. Like my Soopah Power, a Celestial Forge in artificial orbit around the sun that has asteroids tugged to it to be broken down and fabricated into ships, rapid time.

That would work, though it may be more effective to just use the standard assembly line.

Ah, okay. I was just thinking it was the painfully slow 3-D printer, which prints a miniscule layer at a time, eventually building an object. If it's combined with a replicator, you may just have something.

Edit: Looked at your app. Nice ideas, and liking the Sins of a Solar Empire technology base.

The simple stuff is printed. Armor, skelton, etc. The advanced stuff, computers, engines etc are replicated.

Flower metal is a psuedo-organic form of flowmetal with a primitive psyche that causes it to spread only across inorganic surfaces, mimicking beautiful local flora as it does so.

*nods*

As to your real question, a rudimentary explanation is housed in the thread in my sig.

Oh? Eeeh, I don't recognize the name, but a quick breeze through tells me you've already been accepted by the Coops? Then you shouldn't need to ask my permission, nay, don't fell like you have to answer to me for every little thing like I'm some blood thirsty arbiter looking for my next burnt sacrifice! So, go, go on, go ahead and knock yourself out if you'd like. But not literally please, that's terrible for brain cells. Just post the link here when you're done and I'll update the list in the OP to reflect that you've gotten underway.
