I'm not sure the Swarm could be said to have citizens in the traditional sense. I'm going to go with either 1, Damballah, or trillions, the dead of every war the Colours have ever fought.

That depends. How rare do you intend them to be?

Purestrains themselves aren't exactly rare, but not exactly common earlier. Most Colours have conformed themselves to some unfortunate mound of flesh. Maybe one in five or six, though I'm open to suggestions.

No, but I have been having a of of issues with my connection right now. I've also noticed it being a bit of a problem in other areas. It might be an over all networking issue, but can not be certain.
