ODST's where deploying on the Planet, Marines continued to scramble.
The planet was engulfed in war, fire in the sky and debris and rubble dotting the landscape.
It was flip flopping on who was doing better on each part of the planet but people were being slaughtered.
ODST: Omega
Omega team hand landed with a big BOOM and they stormed out of their pods.
Firing at anything that wasn't with them, they were just behind enemy lines.
Drones were everywhere and they continued to fire, none of them thought they
would last long. They were on Palaven of course they wouldn't. And they didn't,
A harvester beam came down like a storm burning them all to a crisp.

Teams of Harvesters, led by groups of Architects, would be chasing the ODST's down on Palaven. The Harvesters and Oculus Fighters provided support, blowing buildings and various rubble to shreds in an attempt to stop the Vortukians. Drones and Annihilators were everywhere; their numbers were incomprehensible.

The Engi's where beginning final preparations for their assult. It would no doubt be the first of it's kind, the first fleet to attack an Architect fleet in space not owned by that civilization. Adama keep the plan under wraps, and waited for the Imperial ships to travel with him. "Our scouting ships will tell us when." he told their commander. His fleet was preparing for an epic battle, to decide the faith of his species. Engi scout ships were still in orbit around Palaven, providing data. "When you are ready, we will go into battle," Adama stated in the briefing room about the attack. The Senate was unaware of it's happening, and he wanted it to remain that way.

Watching as the Engian Vessels and Imperial Vessels drew in closer around the planet in a defensive formation, only sending out small scouting vessels to scan for Architects, the USC Fleet continued to fly, almost at a completely perpendicular angle towards the planet from above the system's horizon. Making the adjustments needed, the "World" Class vessels began to set about preparing to use their secret weapon. Their plan, to utilize their massive particle beams they use in forming wormholes to tear into and thus transport Harvester vessels in large pieces forcefully. Almost like dismounting an FTL drive, and then using it to only transport part of a vessel. Meanwhile, back home, the Gurad Nolians had completed setting the thermonuclear charges that would be blown to destabilize a planet's core if the Architects decided to attack.

The Primarch had listen to Victory speak to him, well It really is going to all end.
He pulled the Princess in and looked into her eyes, "Well my lady, how about a good luck kiss?"
He was smiling holding the one he loved, he may have been joking around now, but who knows
if he was coming back the chances weren't good.

Senator Hio arrived here in an attempt to get other senators back to Engi space. However, he was soon distracted from his task. The Architect Victory fascinated him. All of them had questions, and some of them wanted answers.
Palaven
The Engi scouting ships still waited, and watched the Architects, studying what they found and sent it back to Toran. They waited for the Imperial Fleet to be given the green light to attack so that the Engis could follow them into battle, in an attempt to strike back at the Architects.

Operation Jumper-I
As the Architects swarmed over Palaven the Inquisitorus Stealth Ship gave a range of grid coordinates designated by Astronomical Units. Which, due to the nature of space a confirmation was not reached until an hour later having been boosted and relayed throughout the Imperial communications network. Operation Jumper-I was a go, and not half an hour later 10 massive implosions brought about by 10 Lunar rounds that had been FTL dropped into the Architect Fleet. The Lunar Rounds literally creating a Gravitic singularity that sucked in matter at a 500,000KM radius. Then it would proceed to explode outwards as the Gravitic Singularity expanded and collapsed. All this would have happened in the span of a few seconds, right after succeeded by a barrage of FTL Torpedoes at that existed Slipspace and locked onto the nearest Harvestors, some thirty torpedoes raced towards their targets. All this precipated the arrival of the Imperial Taskforce that gave the greenlight to the Engi to engage. Commander Eran Tarmen aboard the Agrippa ordered all weapons to fire. 12 Lance Turrets fired twin beams of energy at the Architects, Photon Missiles came out in volleys from the one of the six missile bays of the Lunar Cruiser. The Dorsal Plasma Cannons, ten in all fired rounds of Plasma at the Architects as the Imperials got closer.
Citadel
The Princess gave the Primarch a quick kiss before breaking contact, she did look sad for a moment at him going to war. But her face steeled into that typical Emperian stoicism, she turned on her heel and walked out, her A.I. following her quickly as she walked back out. After some twists and turns she ran into an Engian Senator.

The Primarch got news on Palaven, it was getting worse he needed to move now.
He tucked his helmet in his armpit and sprinted down corridors passing the Princess
and the senator only to look back and smile at the Princess.
He got to a dock and sent a message to an old friend.....
-Contacting Foley, standby-
"Foley, Citadel Presidium dock now."
He would do some last minute checks on his weapons and armor.

They then warped straight for the Docks.
