And the synthesized dark energy can stop that. However, it only works temporarily. Eventually, the Harvester would begin to lose power if it kept the shield up for too long, and it would eventually have to deactivate the shield.

Care to elaborate? I don't see how one could stop a Quantium jump unless one were to jam my FLT frequencies.
