Garoth can survive indefinately so long as they have a power source, food, water, and oxygen. They must recharge their power source every 72 hours (for 1-2 hours) during which time they are extremely vulnerable (they're cyborgs) They are clumsy with weapons so most of them work as bankers, craftspeople, or merchants.

Don't worry I won't go off the deep end with technicalities about how "my Garoth specialists powered down and hit the architects from behind". They're mostly there just to keep my economy from being crappy.

Real quick, I understand that dark matter is the emptiness in space, but its just the name I am using for the hyperdense particulates in use to form the lack hole, also, 20k of those 25k vessels are Battle Cruisers, about the same size as a Cruise ship, they are more like frigates, have extremely weak armor, and the only means of armament they have are in railguns (which I'm certain don't crack energy shields) and a few anti-ship plasma cannons that are forward mounted and don't swivel, then 5k of those vessels are War Cruisers, They have armor, more weapons, but still no way to jump into the void lkike the Battle Cruisers, so that is where the "World" Class ships come into play, you put one with each fleet in order to make sure the fleet can travel via a sub-space temporal reality disturbance in the quantum foam of the universe, when matter reaches the speed of light, it will either disintegrate upon reaching the speed of light, or tear a hole in the fabric of the universe leaving behind a temporary hole in the universe. These holes can only be opened though if substantially weakened by the forces created around a black hole. Once the "World" Ships pierce the void, or the place beyond space, they experience a temporal phenomena known as the Speed of Darkness Theory stating that travelling into the void via the temporal distortion created by a Black Hole, the users of the portal will experience a temporal phenomenon in which it appears time for them speeds up as they move outside of space. Travelling at near light-speed makes time go slower for the user, but faster than it makes it go longer whereas in reality, for them it is only a five to ten second journey. Also, only about 1k of our War Cruisers have been fitted with EM shielding and all world ships have the EM shielding as a precaution against anti-matter (or substances like it) encountered in the void which is essentially the reversal of the universe. As much a load of hooey this sounds, just hear me out when I say that we don't truly understand the properties of matter as it reaches speeds faster than light because it is hypothetically impossible, however someone is still free to imagine how that works. Now as for the Taron system, here's my plan. Taron is certain to fall, Adama nor the Imperials likely have enough "Jumping Javelins" to hold off the Architects. Due to this, My fleet is enacting a plan that has only been theorized by our physics professors and greatest scientists being that potentially, you could force an entire planet into the Void, but the timing would have to be perfect and the the planet woud need to not be on a course that would intercept the black hole yet simply all that needs to happen is that the black hole, because it isn't big enough yet, needs matter as previously stated. So, we let it swallow up some of the other dead planets in system before releasing it and sending it past Taron. Taron will be ripped from its orbit around its star, but sent into the void only to come out a few hundred thousand lightyears away on the far side of the universe in USC territory. Here the Cyypirians will finally be able to properly introduce themselves. With this all explained, what else do you wish for me to explain so I can get my post "unvoided"?

While this does properly explain your fleet I suggest another name then Dark Matter to not confuse the two.

However the whole Black Hole thing makes no scientific sense or their are major holes in the idea.

First of all directing a Black hole, you need Gravity from another object to attract the Black Hole. Then of course as for FTL creating Wormholes is pretty much allowed as it does not breach the Rule of Cool then at is unfair to just instantly teleport entire fleets and armies in one post across a Galaxy.

Then of course there is the fact that Nothing can go faster than the speed of light, only at relative speeds to light. So when someone says twice the speed of light, they are simply meaning that they are going at a speed that looks relatively twice as fast rather than actually exceeding light itself. Or simply covering the amount of distance light is expected to travel in a certain timeframe.

Then of course the Black hole, you do realize that Black Holes grow in size as they take in more matter? Making them more uncontrollable? So when a Black Hole that is smaller than a planetoid in question encounters it, it will absorb the matter and the absorbed matter will add to the black holes size. Creating a bigger gravitational flux towards it to suck in more matter. So basically by what you said it would rapidly become uncontrollable (then again the process itself would take decades if not centuries to grow a black hole to absorb a planet). Then of course the slingshotting across the Galaxy theory, which is extremely far fetched. As when matter reaches the Event Horizon of a Black hole, if it already has not been crushed to pieces by gravity, it will join the rest of the Black holes mass, and quite frankly no one knows if tha matter actually travels anywhere.

So far the only spacecraft theory pertaining to black holes is the idea of skimming a Black holes event horizon to rapidly accelerate a starship half way to the destination and then spend the other half decelerating to arrive at Point B. Yet this is extremely far fetched as their is literally no known material capable of withstanding the forces of a Black hole, especially once it reaches the event horizon.

So quite literally your plan would mean the destruction of Taron, Death of all its inhabitants and the planet being obliterated, and most likely at war with the Engi and Empire. That and you wouldn't be able to control the black hole anyways and Black Hole Guns are pretty much frowned upon as a result. The only Black Hole Humanity in RL has been able to make is approximatley 1 to 3 Attometers (one quintillionth of a meter) in size and it only lasts for a short time before Hawkings Radiation destroys it.

That is why the post is voided.

First off, the black holes created through the use of the Hyperion Particulate (new name for black hole forming particle) are contained through use of specialized EM-{particle} Fields. This keeps the black hole stabilized, also, each Hyperion Particulate is what forms the core of the Black Hole and because of their density when amassed in one place, they can mature and speed up the growth of said black hole. Because of the fact that Black Holes require time to grow, even under the accelerated standards, the process to open a portal into the void can take several hours in the least and many weeks at the latest.

I KNOW nothing goes faster than the speed of light, but how I circumvent the way time accelerates in realspace is I send matter into essentially a place known as the void, where particles CAN travel faster than light, though while it takes a while in the void to travel places, the void is essentially the galaxy, just minimized. Think of the universe as being an infinitely large sphere. In order to properly traverse the sphere, one must go across its face along the surface. However, particles moving faster than the speed of light or at it, are unable to be contained by the laws that bind the surface of the sphere, or our universe, but say that, when tyhose particles reach those speeds, instead of being rejected or destroyed, they instead weaken the surface where they are, and slip into the inside of the sphere? This would enable faster means of transport without traditional constraints. This is how we (the USC move through space and time, by circumventing the laws that govern our universe by entering into the places between that are the void.

Already adressed this first problem, but as for the last part, we don't travel INTO the Black Holes, we travel along a tangent that intercepts the furthest reaches of the Black Holes Temporal Shadow. This Temporal Shadow is where the fabric of the universe is weakest, and, when particles moving just under or at an infitesimally near point to the speed of light, the void opens, the universe rips open, and using that final boost from the speed gained in the slingshot maneuver along the outer points of the black hole's edge, we hit the speed of light and through the tear in the universe made, we move into the void. After passing through, the rip also absorbs the black hole, but instead of taking it into the void, the black hole simply collapses into itself and ceases to exist, almost like a snake that swallows its own tail. It is due to this that we can essentially transport much of our fleets en masse. The only problem is, like you said, is that we won't have much control over the black hole once it absobs more mass like that from the dead planets in the system thus meaning we will have to utilize the creation of several other minor black holes or gravity fields to keep the planet on course. Once the planet reaches the convergence point of the void and tears through the quantum foam and into the void, time, though it will appear to continue on, will actually stop, or slow down to such an infinitely small amount, that though your brain would still be processing everything in real-time, it would only appear as though the planet had passed a threshhold or portal from one end of the galaxy to another. Our goal is to put Taron in perfect orbit around a star located in the USC's Cyyprinian sector of space. The people will be disoriented, the planet's climate will change and there will be massive tectonic activity on the plantary surface, but the jump in and of itself will not kill everyone, it will not crush the planet, and it most certainly won't be adding Taron to the core of our black hole.

Hey lookie! We are doing something like that, but you don't need to skim the event horizon, but rather, skim the field that effects the space around it. Essentially, with a fast enough vessel with dense enough material, you could fly straight for the event horizon, but you would simply be pulled into the void and slung to some place far across the galaxy or possibly even the universe.

Not Dark Matter I am using, it was just a name for the cool particulate with the ability to form a hyper dense core of material that then evolves into a black hole, and it is not being weaponized, it is for propulsion. As for the non usage of black holes, why not? We already have players with psionics in here, is it so unfeasible to believe that in a sci-fi RP that black holes and their gravity fields are unusable?

Because it is impossible to make a black hole,
they take million of years to form.

Not true. There is a 33% chance that when a star explodes, it's core will then instantaneously become a black hole. The other 67% chance is that the core turns into a super-magnet that could suck the iron right from your blood, and turn you to dust, or the core could turn into a super-radioactive ball that would instantly make you evaporate.
