"Thanks." Allan said, a grin forming on his face once more. Suddenly, his face went blank, staring out into space. It was as though someone was trying to contact him telepathically or something along those lines. Either that or a strange vision. Either way, it stood there, blurry and unfocused, sounding far away. He concentrated on it, clearing his mind, trying to make it clearer.

Allan snaped back in an instant. "Huh? What? Oh, sorry. Spaced out there for a second. Sorry about that." Allan said, blinking several times.

OOC: Not really, I figured I'd do that bit. Something about Alexlantis trying to catch up what with the Sentinels and Vanguards and now a whole new program.

IC: Allan chuckled as well, laughter being contagious and all. "So, did we do okay? Does this make up for all the medical crap you've been through?"

"Oh, that may take a few more chocolates." She said smiling, then took another one. Just then, another doctor came in. "Well Allan, it has been a year and a half. Time for a full check-up."

"Okay. TIme sure flies." Allan said. Suddenly, the visions popped up again, louder and brighter with a bit more clarity. He tried to force them down at first, the deciding he'd try to focus on the instead. He couldn't make out much other than two gold irises, strangly white, glowing pupils, and a small area around the eyes. Everything else was blurred, but he focused, attempting to get whatever message might be in store for him.

The doctors put him into a machine, similar to the genetic reconstruction system. They began the scan. Bright red lights flashed over him and a headset connected to his mind.

Inside the soundproof booth, the doctors looked at each other.

"Thomas, are you seeing this?"

"I am. His mental state...its odd. He has increased mental activity in the hepatic lobe and cerebral cortex. He seems...huh. Administer another dose of hypethistratica."

"Administering."

Inside the machine, a needle administered a thick grey liquid into his spinal cord. It sent waves of dopamine and pleasure over Allan's body.

"Alright. Mental stability is returning. Neural blockers are in place."

"Good." the doctor activated the PA system. "Alright Allan, you can come out. We're done for now."

Allan noticed throughout the day that the visions and mesages had stopped, putting him at ease. However, when night fell, the visions returned. At this point, they were clear, much like something on TV. He focused in, watching the message unfold with great clarity. First came the eyes, then the face, then the hair. The image appeared, the message as though it were being spoken to him right in front of his face...

OOC: If you want to say the message, go ahead. Otherwise, the doctors will just continue to administer the neural blocker to try and prevent the oddities from occurring.

IC:

The doctors returned the next day. "So, Allan, have you been having any hallucinations or mental images?"

The doctors looked at each other, then went into a seperated room. "Well,what do you think?"
"To be honest, I think he is lying. Dreams wouldn't account for those strange mental patterns"

"I agree, but what can we do?"

"Well, he is schedualed for a neural interface chip anyways. Let's just modify it to block any foreign brain waves from forming. If this is what I think it is..."

"Alright, let's do it"

The doctors came back in. "Alright Allan. Have a good day" They said. Then, they left.

Not two minutes after the doctors left, Diana rolled in on a wheel chair.
