So we have the northern half of our alliance ( Bavaria and sweden) taking on poland and the southern half ( Greece and Austria Hungry) taking on the ottomans

They may, but they will just be shot for treason. Dude, If(not saying I will or will not) capture Poland it's going to be under harsh military rule. Though if you surrender they must cease all actions, there will be a few who disagree but they will get over it. Plus, if I conquer Poland you will officially be out of the game.
