Supreme Controller of the Military, Remus Kaltenbrunner, oversaw the transportation of Grey Wolf loyalist into Mortifer. The plan was to replace Mortifer citizens with Grey Wolfians who would be loyal to their new government.

Kaltenbrunner sat in the local police station. He didn't have much use for Senates. He ordered officers to subjugate any rowdy Mortifer citizens, and assure them that houses were being built for them.

Though she felt heartbroken about Mael's betrayal. She left no notice of her leaving. When the Helicopter was ready, she left Tara, without looking back. She headed for Jamestown. For it was the only place where she might hope to form an alliance.

Within the sewers beneath Woonsocket, Imperial Pacifican Agents also learned of Gray Wolf's treachery. They wait below and plan a counter attack.
