1 billion to 150 billion? mostly likely on the smaller end around x>10 billion since they are nomadic but if you have an IC reason for a large population then anywhere on that scale. what ever you want really.

TNF, are you quite literally, going to be barbarians? That would be really cool, especially if you were nomadic. Like, not living on a planet, but on a fleet of ship, sacking and pillaging wherever you go.
