After careful consideration and advice from some of the other nations, as well as my own Cabinet, I have realized that regardless of whether or not the subject of detaining Molsonan immigrans was poorly worded, the Federation shall withdraw any notion of detaining all immigrants, and simply focus on allowing refugees and defectors to make their citizenship permanent, should they choose to do so and preparing for full-scale war against The Theocracy of Molsona.
