Personally, I feel out of place in this RP. So I do understand Oaledonia's point on having less FT role players so the odds are even. However instead of rushing the UCE out, can you at least sign a treaty or something?

Both my UCE counterpart and myself were not aware that this RP was pre-determined. That being said, we see no reason to fight if our presence will have no impact on the outcome of this conflict. Now instead of going all Bill Clinton and bombing the UCE like they are Slobodan during the "Ethnic Cleansing" issue in the Balkans. Perhaps instead of trying to push them out by force, you try a diplomatic compromise. It will be short and to the point.

For Example:

New Ordesa - United Colonies of Earth Treaty

Order: To peacefully withdraw all U.C.E. Forces from the planet.

Terms: The United Colonies of Earth are to withdraw troops from the planet and leave the system. All Nekos in captivity are to be released back onto the planet. The U.C.E. Will issue a formal apology for their attack on the Neko population. The U.C.E. Will pay for damages to cities bombed by the UCE, all Neko villages will be given relief funds and medical supplies.

In Return: The U.C.E. Are to leave the planet and withdraw all forces, all nations must not attack them in their withdrawal as that is a act of war. It should be seen that all UCE inflicted casualties were in self defense. The U.C.E. Government does not have to pay any money to anybody but the Neko population.

Why don't we just choose the simplest option: The UCE commander, seeing New Frenco, Ardavia, and the Themiclesians fighting against them, realizes that his genocide has only succeeded in alienating their allies and enraging their enemies. Knowing that he'll make no deals or alliances in after the war is up, he decides the UCE has nothing to gain from continuing the genocide. The UCE fleet leaves New Odessa, never to return.

That way, the UCE saves face (sorta), New Odessa's encounter with FT is limited (sorta), and we avoid having to do a massive retcon.

I agree with this plan. Perhaps we can fit in with Soode's statement. So my commander, Stuma, realizes he's fucked up and decides to sign a treaty and withdraw. The UCE Congress will of course approve and sign the treaty, my forces leave, and the system is expunged from all UCE Astronavigation records. And Stuma, Alina, Vares and their subordinates will be tried in Themiclesia for war crimes. And we pay for war damages caused by Stuma's army.

Their is a big difference between retreating and withdrawing....... We retconn your exists acne, this war is over. Both of us will never again speak with you. This whole encounter never took place.

So I was reading up a bit and reconfirming any sort of rules in play so I'm reasonably confident that this application should be acceptable.
Hopefully anyway, gotten things wrong before.

Of course being a distant power, the 2nd and 3rd rate armies aren't likely to attend in any strength, As the ruler is a possibly insane dictator; my role would not likely be complimentary to the forces in play, more as an upsetting balance via long range mass strategic bombings and likely indiscriminate attacks.
I do hope to make this a more engaging and worthwhile experience, if accepted anyway; I am open to compromise.

I'm not an OP, but I will warn you a few things before you go any further:

1) Most players on this RP are at varying stages of PMT. As the only other late-Cold War nation here, I've been taking very high casualties.
2) You'll probably have to limit your involvement to a smaller force (most nations sent under a million soldiers, IIRC)
3) We already had an insane third-party balance-upsetting nation arrive and make indiscrminate attacks; it not only sidetracked the main plot of the story, but also sparked an OOC argument large enough to summon two Mods.

Again, my say in this is hardly final. But some of the other players here can be a little short-tempered, and they're likely to shoot your app to pieces once they get online. (not pointing any fingers here, just making an observation.)
