Uh, earlier in the thread I thought I heard mention that Oale is co-OP, maybe I'm wrong.
I actually planned to help rebuild the [i]human[/i] parts of Themiclesia and maybe offer him a chance to gain favored economic status and military backing from my nation once the war is over, and punish the committers of war crimes after we investigate the charges. Crimes against Nekos, in UCE law, still count as actions protecting the human race, and we are to be impolite if not outright imperial towards alien nations. So, if your nation has a Neko majority, Oale, we will be generally rude towards you (and other neko-majority nations) IC. But we won't invade your country and I hope for at least polite OOC relations.

I, being OP, have to be impartial as far as OP-duty will encompass. The UCE can RP as he likes, and so can everybody else. I'm in no position to stop it.

But seriously, we're not retreating until the whole war crimes mess is sorted out, the Murder Party has no more occupying enemy troops within the country, and all the Nekos on its soil are dead. If a whole army vanishes, at the hands of aliens, then IC, the UCE will stop at nothing to destroy them.

Furthermore, in Vietnam, the American public was shaken by the Tet Offensive and news of American troops killing civilians, plus the enemy was really nationalistic.
