I came in a late-PMT nation, so I was already advanced.

Also, if anything, your friend isn't the one getting cheated. If anything, the Soodean fleet he just annihilated was the one that got cheated.

How our nations are advancing so quickly? I'm already technological advanced but in a MT-PMT role play I keep a cap in it.

Now, role plays of course are never about winning but having kilometer long space vessels armed with thousands of lasers, some souped up coilguns and other technology capabilities that far extends that of anyone else in the role play is pretty unfair in a role play that-

Well, it took us a short little while to get to the genocide. Originally I wanted to stop the genociders, but when the UCE learns of aliens, we will ally with anyone who says they'll kill the aliens.
