After some time discussing with Lollohian military officials, a new document was drafted, to replace the Treaty of Derclum, and possibly appease both sides.

The Iopad Accords
1. The Republic of the Derman Isles is and independent, sovereign nation.
2. Defining 'Imperialistic' as 'acting in a way that constitutes stripping sovereignty, self-governance, and decision-making from an established government,'
3. If any nation is found to at imperialistically towards the Derman Isles, such nation will be ordered to leave the Dermans
4. If they do not comply, then military action to remove such force is justified
5. For 18 months, an occupation of foreign troops, numbering a total of 115.000 soldiers, will be allowed. After those 18 months, withdrawal of at least 10.000 men a month will begin, and continue until a force of 20.000 troops will remain in the Derman Isles to safeguard them from problems in restoring democracy.
6. Establishes DermCom to coordinate the international occupation effort
7. Elections for a National Assembly will be held within 30 days of the signing of this agreement
8. Will allow a naval force consisting of:
4 battleships
15 destroyers
80 frigates
20.000 sailors

As a result, I continue to occupy Qwerty unless the DERMANS would oppose me and, in this case, I'd respond. You can't oppose me, I do not see you as a nation in the definition of the word, which is a united people behind borders working together. You simply, to me, are either nothing at the lowest form and, at the highest, perhaps a lower race/class of people, second-class citizens in my eyes.
