Story:
This thread begins with the dictatorial government of the Derman Isles defeated, and the RC and ADC victorius. They must now construct an entirely new government, democratic and stable, to govern the islands. However, many a terrorist lurk: Former regime elements, Communists, you name it! Now, the occupation begins...

3. I am Lolloh and the Government of the Republic of the Derman Isles
4. The usual stuff about playing fair, not godmodding, etc., we've all been through this drill before.
5. If you want to join the occupation force, you must first formally ask the Derman government for permission to cross onto their territory
6. You MUST RP logistical movements
7. I am supreme overlord: If you have a dispute, I am judge and jury.
8. Conventional weapons ONLY
9. If you're sending in a military force, keep in mind that the Derman Isles has 50 million people. As such, you should be sending several thousand men, not several million.
10. You will be fighting an insurgency, as well as vying for influence over the Derman Isles. Please keep this in mind when you burn down civilian huts. Oh, and did I mention I'll RP the people of the Derman Isles? I guess I just did.

With those words, General Iopad, Commander, Splenyu Regional Defense Force (SRDF), was sworn in as Interim President of the Derman Isles. He, along with another 7 generals, was sworn in to the Civilian National Advisory Council (CNAC), a form of executive office that would rule by decree. The plan would be to hold elections within one month, both for a 215-man unicameral Parliament, as well as the executive office of President, Prime Minister, Vice President, and Speaker of Parliament. However, making sure elections were stable would be difficult. With the dissolution of the armed forces, order had largely collapsed in the country of 50 million. Approximately 50.000 insurgents roamed freely, imposing whatever government they wanted.
The country had come out of totalitarian ruler for less than a month, and the government continued to be weak, unstable, and unable to reach a consensus. In order to break the impasse, Lollohian forces had resorted to sacking the CNAC four times in as many weeks. For that same month, Coalition forces continued to patrol the island, though to a very limited scope. Several of the seven islands in the chain had already fallen into anarchy: Warlords governing small towns brimming with AKs and other weapons left behind by government forces as they disintegrated.However,the nations of the world must now unite in order to save the Dermans from total chaos,and bring back democracy

OOC: you aren't the government. This also breaks the treaty of Derclum. Not to mention, as a member of the losing side, you have literally, 0% say in peace terms. "The conquerors have the right to impose any terms they desire upon the conquered." -Julius Caesar.

You have no control over the government, or the people. That's violation of a treaty, of international law, and Imperialism because if you control the government, that is puppetering. You also put yourself as the lead stationed forces, and left out the biggest chunk of manpower in the region, myself, the only person who, by international law, should have my forces anywhere the Iles. And even that number is only 5,000.

Oh, and did i mention, you created a thread about rebuilding, while the conquerors have not approved? Seeing, as, how, y'know, they had real control of the fate of Derman, which was an impeccably good deal, which for some reason was never properly acknowledged. So....you're bypassing a treaty, your defense against imperialism, international law, the powers who defeated you, and to make it worse you're a monster your people because wasting money and manpower on your failed crusade, while your homeland is being razed by invaders. Honestly, when it comes to IC, and realism politically and militarily which you rant so much about, you've broken key laws. First of all, you sent troops on campaign to foreign lands, instead of defending your own dirt. A campaign which had nothing to do with you being invaded. Sine, this, y'know, II, these all apply at the same time. You've overstretched yourself so much, that not even the might of your remaining military forces could stop the riots and rebellions in your nation. Secondly, you broke a peace treaty. Not politically unrealistic, but what is, is setting up a period of rebuild with your own terms, which apply no where, since you were defeated, and the conquerors, numerous as they were, had too much combined influence for you to matter. And honestly, with our goals, we're more like Liberators than conquerors.

So the next time you start whining about 'godmodding!' and 'Unrealistic', think about this. You sent men on a foreign campaign, to fight an unnecessary war, while you were being invaded. Then, violating your cries for political realism, you violated an international treaty, and then have bypassed the real treaty, in favor of your own, bullshit terms. Oh, and a further note, there is a such thing as RP blacklists. This Behavior, above, will get you on one. Infact, as shown by the somewhat annoying, provocative chart above (Is the chart really necessary, i mean c'mon, i'm not a fan of him either, but that's a little on the baity side don't ya think?), they do exist, in many, many forms.
We all need to evolve in our behavior, but i've shown i can act serious when i need to. Yes, i do get lazy, and drop the effort bar when i feel it's not necessary. And when i have godmodded, whether by choice, or accident, when called out, i admit to my sins, fix them, and beg forgiveness. You simply try to rectify by using more godmoding to get out of the situation.

And, Derman. I don't why you have, but you really shouldn't listen to him. He's an imperialist, for one, and one with ALOT of enemies. By that, i men enough enemies to have a full-scale war between them, and my region. And there'd be two of you, plus anyone who isn't educated on the utter clusterfuck they're diving into by joining you. I literally carved you a path way of prosperity, autonomy, and power. Yet, i have, for one reason or another, not even been fully acknowledged of this. I'm called an imperialist, even though i offered those terms numerous times. I'm anything, almost, but an imperialist. Lolloh, is just that, a genocidal Imperialist, who will use your people as a meatshield for his own agenda. Not when everyone involved is on the verge of ignoring him, and sense the only people this truly concerns were the ones fighting, it kinda matters.

5,7,8,9 and 10 were all mine, suggested by me, on behalf of my coalition. Since no other coailition member agreed to terms 5, or 9, Imperial means me. Which means only I should be there. This treaty was also signed into effect, and broken by Lolloh. Number five is for training and stability during the rebuild of their police/military. Number 10 was to rebuild, and help grow their nation into a superpower. Number 9, was a guarantee of their independence.

Your also supporting a tyrant. He is literally sending troops needed to defend his homeland to fight a random side-war. Honestly, when you support a nation, IC, there's more to consider that the direct incident in front of you. In Lolloh's case, there a several, i've also noted is involvement in another war currently, while he's being invaded. And they aren't peacekeepers when there's more of them than there are the approved foreign garrison, his forces are of great enough number that my 5000 combat troops, without their support ships, and despite training, will have a bit of a tough climb fighting like that. Derman has no trained military, and his Lollohian trained and brainwashed militia was wiped out in the coalitions removal of Lolloh.

You want them to be free, yet condone the actions of an Imperialist seeking their lands as his own. Very well, who am i to stop your contradictory thoughts? And, honestly, they can't appoint a general at their whim, not under econstruction and support aid from a nation who is now a MORTAL enemy with a vendetta against the nation from which this man is appointed. To address your points: 1. He has a perfect OOC right to puppeteer. 2. Invading a place doesn't give you any IC (much less OOC) legal rights by my definition, ICly Lolloh has clearly landed their forces in the Islands, and if you want to fight Lolloh ICly get on with it. 3. You'll notice that all Ausitoria is interested in really is trade, and protecting that trade, and besides why don't you stop OOCly questioning Ausitoria's IC actions? Question them ICly if you have to. 4. The Dermian Iles can appoint a general as their supreme executive commander at their whim, that's what article 1 of the treaty says.

OOC: You mean despite his blatant puppetry of the national leader, having the MOST troops there, without being allowed or properly acknowledged by everyone else involved, keep in mind Derman has no military, the option of whose troops stay there is that of the victors, not of the vanquished.
Just how Real politics kinda works, ya see. And his blatant intention of Imperialism. You understand that the entire time of peace talks most of what he did was toss around threats of action? Your also supporting a tyrant. He is literally sending troops needed to defend his homeland to fight a random side-war. Honestly, when you support a nation, IC, there's more to consider that the direct incident in front of you. In Lolloh's case, there a several, i've also noted is involvement in another war currently, while he's being invaded. And they aren't peacekeepers when there's more of them than there are the approved foreign garrison, his forces are of great enough number that my 5000 combat troops, without their support ships, and despite training, will have a bit of a tough climb fighting like that. Derman has no trained military, and his Lollohian trained and brainwashed militia was wiped out in the coalitions removal of Lolloh.

Invading a place doesn't give you any IC (much less OOC) legal rights by my definition, ICly Lolloh has clearly landed their forces in the Islands, and if you want to fight Lolloh ICly get on with it. 3. You'll notice that all Ausitoria is interested in really is trade, and protecting that trade, and besides why don't you stop OOCly questioning Ausitoria's IC actions? Question them ICly if you have to. 4. The Dermian Iles can appoint a general as their supreme executive commander at their whim, that's what article 1 of the treaty says.

OOC: Yes but in the original treaty of Derclum, it states only members of the Revival Coalition may send peacekeeping troops or allow others to do this. Lolloh is no member of the Coalition. And yes, you can give me crap for "not posting ICly" but the fact still remains: Lolloh is breaking the rules of a diplomatic treaty he agreed to and is trying to bypass the security in it. He, furthermore, has showed obvious militarist action against weaker nations and has also attempted, during the Derman Peace Conference, to God Modly kill the government delegates in an attempt to enforce his own policies. He has an obvious militarist want an his forces are huge in the Derman Iles area, as well as in various other areas. Fact still stands, of you can't agree to this, that Lolloh refuses to offer a good counter to why he occupies te Derman Iles after such warfare and after his defeat and surrender in the area, only to occupy every bloody island with a force of 100,000+ soldiers! If this isn't militarist, with the fact the Derman Iles military was annihilated basically entirely and members of a "new" Derman Ile force is being commanded by Lollohians on every island but Qwerty, then what is this, to be exact? It sure isn't freedom. Think about it! WW2, U.S. and Phillipines, Japan and Korea, Korean War- NK and USSR! All used similar tactics for puppeteering and Lolloh is copying them.
