Ambassador Nyan Win: "I agree, we should have stopped talking about Myanmar a long time ago. Most sorry about the delegate from Vitius. Concerning the Joesavi rebels, we must attempt a negotiation. There may be something they wish to achieve that can be attained through non-violent means. I also do not see why the terrorists would want to change a socialist system. Any ideas?"

"I apologize for Myanmar's negative influence on this summit. However, Joesavi, I suggest that you do not talk with rebels such as these. Men like this deserved to be punished. Talking will not solve anything..These men intend to rebel against your government. Most likely, you will not change their intentions. Thank-you." Said the Vice-President, sitting back down.

Said the Vice-President, still standing.

Veldt remained silent. These Vitiusians were violent, non negotiable types and they were gonna get them all into a terrible war, "please, mr Vice President, you're gonna get us into a costly guerrilla war! Negotiation is going to do more good than violence."

The Vice-President pounded his fist on the desk. "He has tried negotiations! They returned the favor by rioting, as he has stated! These people are not to be trusted!" Yelled the Vice-President.

"No, they cannot be trusted. If you find them, please allow extradition. Thank you, and I will keep you updated on the issue."

"Then maybe they should try again," replied Veldt, unsure whether this was an argument he could win, "He could relax economic freedoms, to appease the rebels. Not so much that businessmen swim in money, but not so restrictive that the government controls everything, the reason these people are rebelling."

[Vitius]

Two men in suits bursted into the meeting room. They ran to the Vice-President and gave him a document with the Vitius national flag on the back. They nodded to him and ran out of the room, closing the doors behind them. The Vice-President stood. "It seems..We have a man associating himself with Joesavi. He was at our capital's airport, with a pistol in his suitcase. He has an accent of those in Joesavi and admits to being a rebel after tortur..peace negotiations. He is ready to be turned over to Joesavi if needed. Thank-you." He said, waiting for the response from the Joesavi delegates.

"Did I just here you say torture?" exclaimed Veldt, "Oh, how low does your country get." Jackson punched Veldt in the leg, "Shut up you damn fool! I thought you didn't want to go to war!"

Please be advised that President Levy will be in attencance, with both Ambassadors. Recent discussions regarding the 4223 Constitutional Assembly have delayed his departure, but the Provisional Government wants to be sure that we are represented at the highest level.

The Presidential aircraft will be accompnied by a squadron of the 4223 Air Force to within 200 Nautical Miles of your airspace.

The information we have so far is that he needs eyewear to see, as does Marcus Griffin, and is of course, a rebel, as he admitted. We would like Joesavi officials to further identify him." Said the Vice-President from his chair, rubbing his temples.

"Ok, I am going to change the subject before we all get out of hand and start a war or cause more problems. Let's talk about the current state of the world's economy." Justori Bronzeg said.

Justori then sifted through the folder he had brought with him, and pulled out the the paper containing information on Justorica's Economy. He then passed around copies of the paper to all the delegates.
