At the Panama-Columbian border, first army shocktroopers artillery force opened fire as the Resolute and Revolver two of the five greatest warships in the Taganian fleet followed up by the air-craft carrier Invincible where first army shocktroopers paratrooper sqaud were preparing to jump into Panama city. The two battleships big guns turned and fired. Missles launched out from her missle pods and smashed into the city. Bombers and fighter jets flew over bombing the city to the ground, while the fighter jets flew over the city shooting at troop postitons while the paratroopers jumped aiming for the Presidents home. Naval marines began landing operations followed up by the tank forces coming across the border.

The man said smiling clapping his hands together. "Feel free to speak freely. The Unfied States does still support the freedoms of every man." He said and motioned to the colonel to lower there weapons and they did so mpimmediatly.

The man had on his left hand a ring with a dragona wings spread, a symbol of a member of the Taganian Imperial Family. One of the Empresses three sons.

"Our spies back in your homeland informed of us this little plan." He said holding up the plan. "And do you know what this would do the Taganian economy. Ships have to pass through Cape Horn to reach asia. Paying a good fee of course. You open this canal, the Cape becomes usless." The man sat down beside the fire warming his hands as the soldiers all stould and watched. "Panama is a good place for new settlment. Need ideas. New begings. And the Empress wishes to keep Central America, firmly, in her control." He smiled looking at the camper who spoke.
