If your wanting to stay neutral then its usually best if you don't help a side, we could RP a trade as long as stop helping our enemies, we'd still trade if you traded with them if that makes it easier for you.

Note: I hate NStracker based on the fact that it doesn't account for a lot of the policies pass. At least from what I've seen.

Well lets trade anyways while I.make a choice and when I do pledge my alliance you can decide to stay withthe trading or stop trading

Yes, but less then you.
It was a fleet combined with the fleets of 3 nations, so you were outnumbered, your ships already took some damage from our coastal artillery so the battle did not inflict many casualties on our side. Plus you lost lost some ships against those pirates.
