To frame someone else. I'd get one nations military uniform and send a strike team to capture a small time official or police officer or military NCO then poison the water, kill the official and let the strings of fate unwind..

I don't know it seems like it would be too big a blow to my colony. We're talking over 50 million people dead in all! A massacre like that would be off the scale just for framing someone else. But I'll think about it, maybe it could be one of all those plans we have in the pipeline for when the RP is at deaths door.

Well the Sheng thing is coming to a head, and I'd like to get my little project out the way first but that's just me, can't speak for every one else.
