"Hello, nice to meet you. I am interested in supporting your revolution. Currently, we are at war with Oceasia which is not that far away. We could redirect some of our planes to bring soldiers over here. We will also continue to send aid to your nation if your uprising is successful. I can organize our top generals to train your army. The Leningrad Union just ask three things of you. A Socialist government, a trading deal with us and a declaration of war on Oceasia. Now, is that too much too ask?" Alvin says in a friendly manner.

Matthias paused to think upon hearing the Minister's request. "A socialist government, is what we want, although, it will not be too radical. That revolution will happen over time" he answered "and a trade deal, we would be glad to negotiate." He paused again, sounding unsure. "I am not sure we will be able to wage war against such a foe as Oceasia, especially, since after we will have fought another one here. However, I think we could give you some material support, and allow your ships to use our ports. First, we must win our freedom. How many troops can you send? It is urgent, because Caxan will send thousands, while we only have hundreds."

The government of the United Kingdom of Kent sends its regards by the orders of King Edward VII, he and the goverment of Kent wish to offer its support to Caxan government .
We ask you provide us with intelligence of enemy forces, and for permission to deploy a small task force involving the 1 Brigade of the 1st Airborne Division.
This force would assist in counter insurgency operations and in security operations. We ask for permission to use a airfield on the island for our logistics or if one is not present the chance to build a small airstrip for our planes.
The Commonwealth and Foreign Office.
Yours faithfully

We wish to aid you in your war, and will happily send the 13th Fighter Division and 83rd Paratroopers to aid you. The rest of our forces are tied up in Kernan and the surrounding area. We ask in return an area to land our fighters. They will be arriving shortly on the SDS Pale Mare, one of our finest carriers. The force will be under the command of General Alexander Horation.
Good Luck,
Achilles Stark

I agree on the Kernan War. We just need to tell our allies about this part of it.

He walked to RKAF Eastry airbases radio station to await the go ahead to give the order for his troops to depart.

Please, we can end this conflict before it starts. We can negotiate. Do NOT invade.
We will agree to negotiate on this affair, however if these negotiations are unsatisfactory the King has given us permission to deploy further troops (to an acceptable level for the nature of this conflict). The reason we bear interest in this conflict is for two main reasons to maintain the integrity of territories around this area and to prevent the occurrence of a mass insurgency and communist uprising. We are willing to diverge from these however.

Please, do not negotiate with these nations. They have destroyed us and murdered our people systematically. They are nothing but trouble. We wish a good omen on the Polynesian invasion, we cannot help because we are currently being occupied by our shared enemies.
We will take this into consideration for our negotiations and will include you and this within any terms we may decide upon, unfortunately the people of Kent have been following the war in Kernan in the news and your threats of using chemical attacks on civilians have not made your nation popular among Kentish people.
We propose these negotiations could be extended to the whole conflict with the United Kingdom of Kent acting as a arbitrator for both sides of the conflict in these negotiations.

The government understands this, but none the less the general population does not, and still only views your nation as though it were still under the dictator.
It will take time for the people to come down from the anger over the chemical threats, and trust us when we say if negotiations do take place we will ensure your views and wishes are mentioned and known.
