The Second American Civil War OOC (CLOSED)

It is the year 2013 and the whole nation of the United States has gone up in chaos as an evil dictator has come to power. Congress becomes a puppet, the Supreme Court becomes the mouthpiece of the executive branch, and the people's vote becomes worthless. The whole United States of America has risen in rebellion and a Second Civil War is about to begin.
