Here's my backstory for the dragons:
The dragons of Lolloh have lived in the country for thousands of years. However, due to a nuclear holocaust in their native land, they have been forced to flee. After careful research, they've picked Orthella as the most fertile hunting ground available, and have applied to immigrate.

These dragons are well-mannered, think 1950s BBC teledrama, but with fangs and horrible breath. Also think Eragon series. The dragons don't eat people, but they will if irritated by ignorant peasants.

Lolloh, it occurs to me that you're bringing in too many dragons. Your app said 600 humans, leaving room for 400 extra (I don't care how many cats and dogs you have). I've decided that a dragon should be worth five standard sapient beings (humans and their equivalents). So you can have 80 dragons, max.
