Whether or not you opt to mention the location of one lone individual, I'd figure that Foobar is somewhere toward the southeastern portion of the map.

A Zerl is like a human, except shot, only around 5'4" average. They have a slim build and hands about twice the size of normal human hands, good for punching things.

Cultural Notes: Generally peaceful, this crew is particularly skittish, it has not been to an alien planet before.

Leader's bio: The captain of a small Zerl space vessel, the mission was to transport a V.I.P whom has special telekinetic powers to a new home-world they plan on colonising. There relatively new mass relay misfired and sent the ship hurtling into previously un mapped space. The people of Zestus will be able to track the path they were sent and a rescue party will come but it is totally unknown how long it will take. The leader immediately takes makes finding a base of operations a priority.

Orthella's a landlocked country, so no. When I get home today, I'll update the map to add new information to it (where other refugees are staying) and while I'm doing that, I'll try to make the image smaller so that a link won't be necessary.
