Cultural Notes: They live the way the Ukraine people did under the oppression of the Russian's.
Leader (if any): Vladimir Yanukovych
Leader's bio: Vladimir Yanukovych was a descendant of the President Viktor Yanukovych.
Being is long descendant by about 3-5 Generation's he has been known for his leadership in battle and in peace.
He was chosen as the leader because of his knowledge in diplomacy, and leadership.

Many political ideologies were banned and persecuted through terror & brutal force. A large group of Osterrian radical communists fled to different countries to flee certain death.

Cultural Notes: In Osterr, even before the fascist Empire, most people were extremely pro-human. As a result, many extraterrestrial encounters often end in violence. Otherwise, Osterrians are generally very xenophobic and jingoistic Germans.

Leader's bio: A self-titled hero of the common man, Voldemars was both a soldier for the Republic and an insurgent in the First and Second Wars. Leader of a rebel cell of radical communists of all types known as the "Marx Band." After the execution of former president, Dieter Sayn, Guerke and his group fled Osterr for greener pastures.

Reason for seeking refuge: Originally evacuated by Ontorisan soldiers, these refugees are escaping the vile and evil grasps of the Askosan dictatorship, who has been accused of genocide, chemical and biological weapon use and starving its population.

Species: Human (assuming this is MT)
Religion: Atheist.
Cultural Notes: N/A
Leader (if any): Pekris Meocisla
Leader's bio: Pekris Meocisla lead a small village during the peaceful times of Askosa during the 1950's before civil war broke out. When it did, the village was decimated by government forces during a retreat, since the village supported the rebels side. Later on, the village was struck again by a biological weapon, few survived. Those who did managed to stagger to the frontlines and literally jumped into the Rebel Trenchline where they were attended to. They were soon evacuated by Ontorisa and sent to the Refugee City since all refugee camps in Askosa were full.
Not much is known about Meocisla himself, he was a farmer and a politician in the village he used to live in and also fought the government forces when they defended themselves successfully. He was elected as mayor once, but soon left office. However, he is popular and trusted by the refugees and that is why he leads them.

in one of lolloh's ic post,it talks about diamond,but in the IC we would need to get a hold of a scale to do some test ,so we don't god mod,and how do you make diamond bullets

All true. But having near impenetrable armor is a little unfair. BMG rounds should penetrate armor, and the wings should be able to be shredded by machine guns.Just my opinion.

wings maybe but,there are some myths that a dragon scales are pretty strong so yea i agree with him there....wait,the under belly weak spot for all dragons in all myths,but you have to be quick their claws are very bad,same with their fire

The only things that can kill a dragon (in the modern age) are .50 cal armor piercers, missiles, and artillery shells. Diamond was a little unfair. And, mind you, they also have serious stamina, so using a .50 cal will probably get you killed. So, unless you're on a suicide mission, it's missiles and artillery shells that will kill them. If you want to, of course, you can sneak up on them when they sleep (like rocks) and stick swords into their throat under the scales. And we'll all agree that the belly is the weakest part and can be penetrated the easiest, as with tanks.
