You could declare war on us, but we'd just bomb you from orbit like we do to every civilisation we dislike. You do not want one of our Purgatio Luminarium Titan class vessels paying you a visit, the crews tend to be overzealous and we might accidentally nuke a few of your neighbours too.

For note, I suppose Godmod is allowed, seeing as this claim to war is more ridiculous then anything we could say.
Viseria chips in with 3 S-2 Stealth Transports, carrying 60 soldiers each, and drop them in close proximity to the new, gaping holes, of the capital of Union of Sovereign Republics.
These 180 commandos are trained as such.
-70 Anger 'Heat' Short arm assault weapons
-10 HeadBGone Elite 'Sniper' edition
-60 HeadBGone soldiers
-30 'Buster' fletchette shotgun soldiers
-10 workers
They make mincemeat of the survivors.
