This realm is going to be HOPEFULLY new and creative. Many people have tried creating/using/building upon a steam punk realm, and it generally is relatively successful and considered ok. My opinion? It isnt. So far, I have yet to see anyone who goes deep ENOUGH into a steampunk realm. They have a few aspects that are very very cool, for example, some games and books have the weapons covered very nicely, and oh man they are cool. But wat some of them dont realize is that this is steampunk. You can go waaaaay furthur, and be far more creative and exploring with these things. another one of my favorite aspects is the airships. I mean, some on. who doesnt love giant friggin dreadnoughts in the SKY. But honestly, the same thing going on there, some things do have the battleships with the massive ballons, but lets be honest. thats like, first era stuff. Why stop at ballons? I mean, come on. Hot air ballons evolved into blimps, and WHO KNOWS what blimps will evolve to, so all Im saying is, lets take this deeper. Also. Freaking spike guns. They are awesome, but they are SO overused. Nearly every single steampunk game, show, movie, book, all of them have some version or other of a spike gun. Generally, all they are is essentially and spinning saw blade being launched out of a set of rails. While this is cool, let's be honest here. Why not have eight saw blades? or why not use that cool technology you have to have the saw electrocute everything around where it hits? Anyone, im done rambling, this was just supposed to be an intro, but anyway, Post opinions, what you think there needs to be, pictures you have seen, blah blah blah.
