The Socialist Party received word at 0800 Hours on the 6th of July that Nationalist partisans had taken control of three major cities and roughly 25% of Greater Beggnig's territory. Armed with AK-103s and various Anti-Tank weapons, they were quick to seize large areas while our forces were unprepared.

The Democratic states of Konstantinye are willing to send in a "Peace maker" task force who's sole purpose is to protect any neutral parties in a established safe zone within the country. And as the newly appointed Head of Legislation, I strongly urge the other nations in the Central European Alliance to stay neutral and help the Beggnigian citizens as well.

Task Force shall include: 50 APCs, 10,000 "Conscripts", 10 helicopter Gunships, 5 F35 fighter jets, 100,000 metric tons of food,20,000 welfare volunteers, and 500 elite guardsmen from the Konstantinyan National Parliament (KNP)

A "safe zone" has been established in the East of Greater Beggnig: A thin stretch of land stretching fifty kilometres and four kilometres wide. It exists for now as the Konstantinyan Protectorate of East Beggnig.

The Democratic Union of Cydonia is closely monitoring the situation and will await the results of the negoiations before sending aid. Premier Ilija Dordevic has also announced that the DUC supports the Socialist government and will help quell this rebellion group of insurgents.

The Federal States of New Corenea decided to support the Nationalists due to their anti-communist stance. The Nationalists will receive food aid and 5 billion dollars and if the war drags on, they will receive weapons and trainers. If the Nationalists and the Socialists can settle this constitutionally and peacefully, that New Corenea will support. In times of crisis, New Corenea will try and act as a mediator if there's a discussion between two sides on the war.

New Corenea will send roughly 2,000 Marines, 150 MBTs, and 25 fighter jets. These will provide security for the refugee zones. The refugees will also receive 20 tons of canned foods and MREs.

President Peter Romao states, "We don't want to bring more suffering. We want diplomacy to handle this but if the war drags on, the National Assembly Senate voted 80-40 (needs at least 60 to pass) and the House of Representatives voted 75-32 (also needs at least 60 votes) on supporting the Nationalists. If this will end the war, then we'll do it."

The United Republic of Korema support the Nationalists due to our anti-communist stance. The Nationalists will be receiving weapons and some Koreman trainers as long as the Nationalists follow humanitarian rights

The President Adrik Mikhailov of United Socialist States of Evbrus decides to monitor this rabble and currently have a army on standby if needed to help East Beggnig if those Nationalist decide to act also President Adrik ask if we can spread Communist Propaganda Across East Beggnig.Also Evbrus gives 100 MBT-1000 Buran MBT and a steady amount of supplies and small arms and ammunition to East Beggnig.

President Douglas MacArthur of the great nation of Paketo has announced their support for the nationalists and has the legendary 567 Marine Division consiting of 5000 men armed to the teeth on standby if negotiations turn sour

If you want to aid the peace negotiations, then I strongly urge you as a CEDA nation to stay neutral and aid the peacekeeping force in east Beggnig.

Seeing all the military support for both sides of the conflict, I find it necessary to move to Defcon 2 (HEAVY INTERVENTION IN A CIVIL WAR/ALL OUT WAR WITH ANOTHER NATION)
and will send in additional troops to protect the Konstantinyan Protectorate of East Beggnig.

Forces shall include: 100 APCs, 20,000 "regulars", 10 F35 fighter jets, 100 M1A3 abrahms MBTs, 5,000 soldiers of the first division of Konstantinye, 75 B2 Bombers, 200 small arms fire drones, and 10,000 more "conscripts".

Keep in mind that these forces are there for the protection of the safe zone known as the Konstantinyan Protectorate of East Beggnig. I also request more territory to allow more refugees into the safe zone.

The Imperial State of MexSpain would like to know more about the nationalist leader in order to get a better understanding of their efforts. Our aid will be sent to Greater Beggnigian as soon as it is all assembled. Emperor Kane has been having talks with his Imperial advisers and his Secretary of Defense with the agenda of establishing a no-fly zone over the Greater Beggnigian for the time being to reduce the number of people killed in this conflict. They have come up with alternative for now, Emperor Kane has ordered 15,000 Spanish Imperial Marines to be deployed across Greater Beggnigian to help establish and secure safe havens for those caught in the cross fire of this conflict. He has also order the Navy to send a hospital ship which would be protected by a aircraft carrier, frigates, and cruisers. What we want as a whole is to bring stability within Greater Beggnigian
