Also, if you looked at how my entire post was phrased, I left you ample room to say the strike missed. Do you not see how I said it had just left effective range as it fired? That gives the open hat to say it missed.

Nope, I said I launched the missile as a test, thus, you are the main enemy, and that I have no official Intendency to actually send troops to Pav or to EMP Dragomere, thus, making you the Enemy.

Also, we use the Soyuz Launch Vehicle for High-orbit satellites, the Ariane 5 for Low-Orbit satellites/Space Station Resupplies, and the Proton for Medium-Orbit.
