Space Planes to arms! Its the first time i might use them in combat... Also i assume the laser had no heavy armor because getting a huge laser on the mood is a bitch enough, plating it is worse and takes money and gas... you get the idea!

No, if he gets rid of his laser then my planes never exist. I will simply edit my post and delete them after his laser is gone. Untill then, is it ok if i keep them there? (It will take days to get them to launch and go to the moon...) Im trying to keep it realistic, but i guess we don't have spare Saturn Vs lying around... Until then i will keep them there so if he does use it again, i might stop it. *might*

But in all honesty, getting a laser to the moon would be... very hard, un economical and just a waste of money. Build a lunar base instead! I would also like to thank Jedi and Layfet for waiting for me to come back.

And no you can't destroy the base, the moon it self has been made into a base (you know, terraforming) and destroying the moon would be stupid. It can however be permanently shut down from the inside. You just have to get pass Imperial Pacifican Defenses, land in the least secured hanger, and destroy the main reactor. This would leave The Death Moon utterly useless. Or you could just take the short cut and nuke it from earth. Just make sure you're prepared for the consequence. Because, you're blowing up the moon for christ's sake.

Anyway let's just let the Rp take it's cource. It's too late to turn back now. Develope your own space tech, why don't you.

A city destroying space based laser.. or Ion cannon as the COD/C&C kiddies call them.. have absolutely no place in a MT setting. If you have to ask if it's realistic or not, chances are it isn't. Better yet, ask yourself if you can/could find it in use today by any nation on the planet. If you can't, then it doesn't really belong.
