A: ICBM's are not designed to hit an object floating in space. They are designed to launch warheads across the world and level high value targets. It has been theorized that with careful reprogramming and slight redesign, they might be able to hit something large floating around in space, but never actually tested to the best of my knowledge.

B: Space Based EMP generators, Ion Cannons, and the damned Rod Of God are all considered PMT technology here on Nation States. They are generally NOT considered MT. Rods of God are about the only system so far that can be argued otherwise, but even then only a truly massive nations would be able to afford to build, transport, maintain and actually use them.

C: CBRN weapons are nowhere near as easy to use as people in this thread are attempting to claim they are. They are not magical "I win durhurhur" buttons that you can just use willy nilly. Since this is a constant issue in this thread that people are arguing over, cause nobody is really using them correctly, I would HIGHLY recommend that their use just be completely banned until further notice. This will solve one massive persistent thorn in this threads side.

D: You HAVEto give your opponent an opportunity to counter anything and everything you do. This includes a chance to respond before you further your attacks. I'm mainly looking at you Dragomere, as you refuse to grasp this concept time and time again. So much in fact, that I'm seriously considering the possibility that your being dense deliberately on the subject. (Willing to be money that you are actually)

E: Rail guns... I though this problem was already squished earlier? I guess not. They are a PROTOTYPE weapon, and are NOT ready for widespread line use within a MT thread. One ship armed with them, sure, but not an entire navy as it seems certain people want.

Actually, I banned using nukes. I appointed Jason to help me in modding the threads. He banned Polarian, and I agree. I've warned people numerous times not to use nukes, especially not as a "I Win!!!!! Der!!!" thing.
Using nukes at this stage=ban. You need to research, develope, test, and a whole bunch of other stuff.

Now, if you knew the military, you would know that they have only tested rail gun technology,and ahve yet to implement it as a weapon until approx. 2016-2025. And even then it would be only a single demo unit, not used in the entire navy. Thus, you are incorrect.

Oh and they are long range ballistic missiles, therefore they are suborbital. As in, they go into space. The chemical effect is null and void in space.
